Wow Amada the person that’s been delivering the mail to my house for a while now, is very pleasant and approachable. Is very nice that she also speaks Spanish. Thank you Amada for always having a smile on your face.

They are overworked and underpaid. They take care of a very large area and population for their amount of staff. I have been to other USPS in other cities in the Dakotas and believe me, these girls earn their money all day long. People need to realize you need patience when going to post office as you never know what is going to hold you up but be planning on that possibility. Without USPS the country would fall apart at the seams. Go ship your items at fedex or ups and pay twice the cost of usps. For the population of Aberdeen their should be another usps but unfortunately only one. Just remember these people are running their tails off and they did not go home during covid 19 scare. They went to work to serve you.

I had multiple package sent on each day of the week. My sender had the wrong address, so when i check me tracking i realized that one package was sent back to sender as they have a turn around time of same day undelivered mail back to sender. However i called in and they redirected the other packages that came in. So thank you guys for even calling me back to tell me that they you got my stuff . Thanks to the staff.

I avoid going here whenever I can. Came here, out my better judgement, waited in line to get a passport picture and was told I had to wait for the entire line behind me to be helped prior to them taking my picture.

Every single time I go here the staff is just rude and seems generally unhappy with their lives so I think they take it out on everyone else. Tina is the worst though, if I can avoid going I will, because I seem to always be stuck getting her. She always seems to have a problem with everyone and almost power trips (don’t know why because you just work at a post office). If you can avoid going I would recommend you do so.
