I was able to get a same day appointment. The scheduler was friendly and helpful. Caleb was my technician. I received a call saying he would arrive in 30 minutes, and he was right on time. Caleb explained the entire diagnostic process and got right to work. Once he found the problem and corrected it, he thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. I always appreciate knowledgeable help, but Caleb was also very personable. I would recommend this company, and Caleb specifically, to my friends.

Cass did an excellent job on installing a new water heater for me. Very polite and caring. I had a million questions, and he talked me thru them all. I would recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Cass.

I was very pleased with the attention I got, and even better with the response of the Tech who showed up that day, Travis. Although Travis was not an expert on my particular Generator... he dug into our product manual and troubleshot the generator. It runs great now and I feel much better about it starting when we need it to as it is a back-up to our Control Center.

Carolyn, Cass and Butters were amazing! Carolyn kept me updated from the moment the technicians left their previous job. Cass and Butters came over and were complete professionals. They introduced themselves, wore booties on their feet and walked me through the entire process. After the job was completed, they left my kitchen looking better than it did when they arrived. Normally, I am frightened by red heads but Cass was an alright guy! Thanks Lighten Up!

Blaine was quick to respond, very helpful & friendly. He was very patient in showing us what we needed to do to clean out the tub drain next time.
