Best Home Depot in Georgia!! the Calhoun location is my home store and I basically live at this place. Everybody's friendly Cindy at the checkouts and Sarah in Paint dept are two of my favorite employees. I definitely recommend getting a pro account. You'll never lose a receipt and you'll always have good records of what you've purchased there. The whole staff is more like a family very helpful!!

On par with any other Home Depot and the employees were helpful. That is how I gauge Home Depot's stores. If they roll their eyes and pawn you off on their nearest coworker... Well, we've all been there. Everybody here was actually helpful and one even asked if they could help me find anything without being prompted. Definitely above average service.

Employees are very friendly and helped with our needs! Went in to find a water heater element and was in and out within five minutes!

Stopped in to look for a peace Lilly as no florist in town had any for a funeral.
Found some beautiful ones they had . Asked a question about the basket one came in and about possibly swapping out one that looked the best to the one with the nice basket. A very nice gentleman named Lamar had came to talk to us about swapping it out . After telling him our situation he offered his sympathy and told us to get the 2 we wanted as a gift from him And the local home depot. What a surprise to us and a blessing we will not forget the wonderful gesture. Glad to know people do still care and for home depot to find and employ such people is wonderful. Great job HD.

Everyone is very respectful of each other's personal space and moves throughput the store in accordance with covid-19 guidelines. The staff here is very helpful and helps to streamline the shopping experience.

The best place to shop for house projects.
They have some very qualified staff to help if you are persistent.
Which is worthwhile if you are doing a big expensive project.

Home Depot is the place I love to shop, they have very nice employees who can help me to find almost everything. The app works great, I can use the app to trace all most everything I bought, great shopping experience!

Our freezer went out and went to this store and they had one in stock ...had minimal food loss.thank goodness

Always like going there. They have what I need and the staff is very helpful.

What I love this the people that worked at the store they give the best service.
However personally I only go to Home Depot here in Calhoun Georgia because there's not a Lowe's I prefer Lowe's.

everything is labeled on every Isle. So easy to find where I needed to be. Section I needed was a lil bare but had what I needed.

Store could use a dusting tho alot of things hanging on end caps and stuff were so dusty I have horrible allergies so my eyes watered and burned the rest of the day. (I had to go to home depot for what I needed so I had no choice. I'm the one that knew what we needed and what if look like. Kuz I've had to use it b4.) Not mad at dust for being there just saying they should dust stuff down pick a section 1 day a week or 2 and dust and wipe it down. It's what I had to do when I work retail in basicly every store I ever worked but I guess home depot doesn't do that.

When everyone else was out of stock they actually had what we were looking for.

Great, I found what I needed for carpentry work.

I went to the calhoun home depot tonight. I was wanting to purchase an “above stove microwave”. Very odd not many associates in the electronics area. So i flagged an associate and ask for her help. Unfortunately, she help me find a stainless steel one but it was on the tip top of a shelf. After moving the security gates and placing them safely around the forklift, there she went. Very patient looking a several up there and took care of business and found the one i wanted. I would give her five stars on customer service. She was too shy for a picture and told me no last name. Hope she sees this. Great job stephanie, thank you for your service.

Oh my - one of my favorite stores. Personnel always helpful and so knowledgeable. This time of year picking up top soil for raised beds and special large mulch for flower beds. Vegetable plants healthy but a little over priced. Belwood nursery higher quality and more reasonably priced.

Never got trouble finding help. Still, don't know what I'm doing in home repair.

Went right in found what I needed and friendly help at checkout.

Never had a bad experience here. Even when your stuck in the dreaded, "This isn't my department" nightmare, the folks there will take the time to help you or if they don't know, they will find someone who does.
Easy returns, great prices.

The Home Depot is your place to go whenever you need building supplies, appliances, countertops, cleaning supplies, nuts and bolts, kitchen sinks, and anything in between!
The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous! They will gladly help you find anything you need. They will even cut wood to your specifications, saving you the step. Especially if you don't own the proper equipment to do it yourself. They are a single woman's best helper!

Our favorite Home Depot!!!! Employees are always so friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and well stocked. We spend a lot of time here with all the repairs and projects we’ve had and gotten to know some of the incredible folks there. They always make our day and always eager to help us with advice and locating our needs for an efficient task :)
