South-A-Philly Steaks and Hoagies

I moved from Pennsylvania 4.5 years ago. I miss authentic Philadelphia cheese steaks and had a craving for one. So I gave this place a try.

I ordered a cheese steak with fried onions and hot peppers on the side. It was delicious. Definitely the real thing. I highly recommend it.

If I could give a 10 I would. After being ignored at the A1A upon just arriving after a 3 1/2 hour drive frotlm the West Coast. We decided to walk to get something to eat and someone suggested A1A and we walked in was sent upstairs and was seated right away. Well that's all we got after waiting for 5 to 8 minutes we left and went right to South A Philly. Best Phillies ever awesome onion rings and fried mushrooms. All I know is the 2 young men were super friendly and welcoming and very helpful with some suggestions. Grade A number 1 10 star review for here. Thank You so much.

Amazing Philly's on great rolls, but I got the Ruben this time.. might be the best Ruben in north Florida. This is next door to A1A aleworks, but guarantee this fits well out any of theirs to shame.

I can't comment on the food since all we got was drinks and some fries. They have a variety of pinball machines that are well maintained which is why we were there. Will be back then maybe a Philly to taste.

We decided to take a break from seafood and it was sooo good. Husband and I ordered one then ordered another one. Will come here again.

As a Philly area native, it’s not easy to find a cheesesteak that reminds you of back home. Great place!

Hit em up late night when all the other kitchens were closed. Red pepper cheese steak and the jalapeno poppers were banging. I tried the yucca fries because why not. I'll probably skip them next time, but worth trying.

One of my favourite places to eat in St Augustine, the best, and I mean the best Philly Cheese Steak on the planet, great sports style eatery. Great food, hope you guys are staying safe and will weather this Virus, look forward to coming back to the USA soon.

We visited here from Atlanta & we weren't disappointed a bit. The food was amazing and fresh. They served a few beers and had arcade games. This place was the icing on the cake for my trip

Best Steak I've had outside of Philly; and yes they have the bread. Great little spot to stop for a quick bite. Pinball and video games give a full throwback feel, always love this place.

Very good onion rings and buffalo chicken sub. Didn't try anything else, unfortunately, but I hear good things about their other subs. Food is reasonably priced, bottles drinks are quite pricey.

Yummy Cheese steak on a fresh roll, and delicious Cheese Fries, homemade I believe! Split as a snack if getting fries or eat a whole one by yourself, mmmmmmm!

Omg... You can't beat the steak and cheese... American cheese and cheese wiz... Hot damn... Yes, it's a bit pricey... Guarantee you can't walk out and say it wasn't worth it.

Awesome cheese steak hoagie! We saw they had many TVs and we wanted to watch the game. So we just wandered in and were thrilled with the food and atmosphere. We had lots of fun cheering on our team with the other diners. Highly recommend for a great sandwich.

12 Bucks for the ultimate Italian. thing is crazy delicious (stop) Promise Fracking insane! there's no way you can not be satisfied.. spicy fries was more like really good season fries get a side of there Philly cheese for dipping fries are insanely expensive 7 bucks for a small order (all one size) but there Good fries no complaints staff is Rock Star cool an a joy to talk to they love there craft!! right on this place is a winner... Lastly philly was money my wife said it was okay so so tbh it's definitely above above average an probably the best around not taking away from it the Philly is perfectly delicious I just think the ultimate Italian is the clear rock star at this place!! thanks we recommend !! Great food for a nice price overall an they these crazy cookies crackera that are mouth watering

Fast and local. Late night or during the day. Grab a Philly Cheesesteak and a cold one while you visit the waterfront and St. George Square

Had the cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks,
Very nice and tasty had a drink cooler so you can select what you wanted, including alchol in a seperate cooler. With another drink fountain.
Also had arcade machines and pinball which are well maintained.
But duck hunt was out of order 😔 (rip) but besides that I would recommend South-A-Philly, very nice place.

Great subs and a promise of porkroll before my vacation ends.
