I usually do not give 5 star reviews... but these guts are AWESOME!

Jack the owner personally greeted me, sat me at my table and engaged in some down to earth chit chat. No heirs or graces about that f'n guy!

Marilyn served me and again... FANTASTIC.

Had the "Undecided" Benedict.

Simply the best food in Fort Collins. I know it’s “just a breakfast place” but the care and attention to the food is incredible. You really have to taste it.
Fun friendly and non pretentious.

This place is incredible! Such a cute breakfast joint but the food is simply amazing. I loved the option of having a single French pressed coffee. The barbacoa Benedict was incredible. So flavorful and tender. The potatoes were a great balance of crispy and tender. The arugula salad was a lovely touch to the dish. Whenever I come to foco im gonna hit this place and try more options.

The food (though amazing) is not what makes this breakfast restaurant amazing. The owner and his wife are 2 of the kindest, most sincere people. The owner sat down with us to check in on our meal and we ended up having a great conversation as well. With so many cookie cutter chain restaurants in Fort Collins, Rise has just the right small “mom and pop” vibe. I definitely recommend checking this place out-you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent Irish Coffe and the best eggs Benedict I've ever had, hands down. I also HIGHLY recommend their home made hot sauce (mix the red and green, trust me) The staff was also phenomenal. Marilyn will make you feel like you're being welcomed into her home while you have your food.

Can't recommend this place enough!

I love this place! I have been coming here sense I was a kid. The staff are always kind and make an effort to get you exactly what you want. This is a homebody restaurant so the food does take a second to come out, but it is SO good. If you love cozy this is definitely a place you should go! Also Marilyn is a fantastic server! If you get the privilege of getting to be served by her you should be honored!

Rise was great! They had a special of turkey burnt ends and it was wonderful. We wondered if turkey burnt ends might be dry but they were very moist and very well seasoned. The service was great. Sorry I can't remember the waitress's name but she was wonderful. The service from the kitchen was really fast. The last couple of times we had gone to Rise this was not the case, so we really appreciated the speed with which our food came. It's great to see Rise thriving!

Very delicious breakfast food! Also really enjoyed the chia latte.

Everything on the menu here looks amazing! I keep ordering various hash dishes, and they are SO good! Food is sourced locally and ethically and is seasonally updated, which often gives me new hashes to try. The staff is so friendly! After a few visits, you'll be like family here!
And they have the best cup of coffee of any breakfast place in town!

First time here & it was a wonderfully, relaxing and delicious experience! They were short handed, yet the server & chef were happy, polite & never made me feel rushed. The breakfast quesadillas was amazing - stuffed full of goodness with just the right amount of crispness. Will be back as often as I can!

The owner/ chef created a special cinnamon roll Bundt cake to be made into a Mardi Gras King Cake! It was delicious, and beautiful with a plastic baby tucked inside! BRAVO and Thank you!!!!

Friendly and bustling breakfast joint with killer breakfast food. Family run, really nice people. They make most items from scratch including their hot sauce, preserves and their baked dessert items. The Benny's are great, so is the biscuits and gravy, bloody Mary's and French press coffee. Greg, one of owners, is a big Air Force and Kansas Jay Hawkd guy, super nice folks over there.

Great low key brunch spot. Decent prices, solid service and rarely a wait. The food is top notch.

After living in Ft Collins for a few years, Rise is our favorite breakfast spot. The dishes are thoughtful and feel elevated. They are always balanced, aesthetically pleasing, and delicious! Don’t be scared to try some of the less-traditional menu items or the specials that the chef(s) take time to curate! You won’t be disappointed! Keep supporting small businesses, Fort Collins!

I travel all over and hands down, Rise was my favorite breakfast place! We all ordered different items and 100% delicious. My egg’s potatoes English muffin Corn Cakes with Blueberries and Cinnamon Roll Fresh Toast coffee all of it. Worth the wait and highly highly recommended! Great service too.

Stopped here during the our vacation to Colorado, really loved it. I had the Mushroom Hash and my girlfriend has the biscuits and gravy. It was a great way to start the day!

I don’t usual eat breakfast but a friend highly recommended stopping here while visiting my the area and boy, am I glad we did! The breakfast was delicious! Great flavor, great portions and a warm, home-style atmosphere. And I can’t remember a time we encountered a more attentive staff. The hostess and servers worked as a cohesive team. Our waters were never empty. Our food was delivered quickly, house-made hot sauce and ketchup were offered. And although our server was busy, she was incredibly personable.

Such a great find! Super friendly staff - especially the owner! Best bacon in Fort Collins??? .... has to be a close match between these guys and William Olivers Tavern. you decide. Everything was delicious, service was amazing. A bright, clean and fun local place.

Rise is my favorite breakfast spot in Fort Collins! It’s everything I look for in a great breakfast place: INCREDIBLE food , low key atmosphere, and amazing staff. The owner often makes an appearance to the dining guests and is so personable and nice to every one.

We'll be back! As a lover of breakfast this place checked all my boxes for carbs (see cinnamon roll pancake) and proteins (see pics of eggs bene & biscuits & gravy)! The waitress was delightfully quirky and the service attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere is eccentric and happy with fun, local art.
