Orthopedic Physical Therapy

I can not say enough about Lee and his staff at Orthopedic Physical Therapy Center here in Aberdeen. I have not been the best at listening to my body over the years when it’s telling me that I’m nit 20 anymore. I know I have continued to over using my body in one way or another until it’s to the point of pain that can be somewhat debilitating. I’ve had lower back issues, tension in my jaw that caused headaches, and most recently upper back tension so severe that I found myself in extreme pain due to a impinged nerve that ran all the way down my arm. Each time something like this has occurred, I could have gotten on a prescription for pain to mask the problem or taken it to an extreme and saw a surgeon. But Lee has always been my first call and has always been able to take care of the problem with therapy. He and his entire staff are exceptional at what they do and I couldn’t be more grateful for the services they bring to our community.

OPTC in Aberdeen is a great physical therapy center. I've worked with Erica Pfaff through three orthopedic surgeries and she is fantastic. She is personable, engaged, and very knowledgeable. I've also worked with most of the other staff there and they are all really good. In fact one of the things I appreciate about OPTC is that you can tell how much the staff all like each other and working there. Lee has consistently put together a great and welcoming staff and I highly recommend OPTC!

Before I saw Lee Goez, I could hardly walk without pain. Swollen knees could hardly get out of my vehicle. Wore a knee brace a lot to help. After several months My Dr suggested therapy and knowing Lee, I requested to go to his clinic. After a few weeks of therapy, the pain was gone. I still do his recomended exercises daily. Thanks to the results, I hiked all 6 National Parks in Utah last April. I hiked in Rocky Mountian National park last summer. I am going hiking in Iceland in April 2023. With out the care and knowledge of Lee and his team, I honestly beleive I would not be able to experience any these things.

Also, he has helped two of my family members with leg pain. I honestly beleive the team at the Clinic are the reason We can enjoy the exciting this we do. The therapy that was prescribed only took a few minutes a day ( which I still do daily) and gave me a new lease on my life of fun in my 60s. Thank you so much!! I would encourge you to consider Lee and his staff for your needs.

I've worked with Lee and Eric (mostly Lee) for roughly 6 years. Very professional, friendly, helpful, motivating and warm service through the years. I have struggled with long lived arthritis and fibro-like symptoms from Lyme disease, and have had continued success with them in getting to understand what work out routines are best for me. I also get deep tissue muscle manipulations done to loosen up chronic muscle tension. It's one of the only services that can offer that level of relief outside of an expensive deep tissue massage. Lee is the best physical therapists in town, in my opinion. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

I have used Erica Pfaff as my PT for several years now and recommend her to all of my friends that have aches and pains.
