I have problems with my feet hurting. When I put these shoes on that I bought from this shop, they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever put on my feet. I love them. First time being here & definitely won't be the last.

The Cobbler Shop is great! These guys take care of my orthotic needs and carry good brands of shoes.

Went in to have a sole glued on but they went above and beyond and did extra work and had my boots back to me in a week.

My husband has chronic foot problems, and one doctor suggested we try the Cobbler Shop for properly fitting shoes. Kevin spent a lot of time with us, and we got modified shoes that are right. Also, we got the kind of socks my husband needed. They have everything there. I've got no complaints about the service.

I came in for new running shoes. Pat was there and got me set up with a shoe that was ideal for my feet. Customer service was excellent, and Pat was very knowledgeable. Please note, this is not a big box department store. You will pay a little more, but when you walk out, you can rest assured that the shoes on your feet will be just what you needed.

Was in yesterday with our adopted daughter; what a fantastic experience! She has a very difficult foot to fit, 4E width,, and 5.5 shoe size,, however, Pat helped us find a pair of boots she loves, athletic shoes that actually fit, and non-skid shoes for culinary, which had to be ordered. You get what you pay for! And it is worth it. Thank you so much!!

I can never find extra wide shoes. I found some! I was so happy!!! The lady working was nice. And they had a lot of nice shoes. They were pricey but comfortable. I'd go again and recommend.

I am very active and have been suffering with foot pain for over a year. Finally went to my ortho and they sent me to the Cobbler Shop. Wow far more then I expected. Kevin was so very helpful, took time to listen and help identify the source of pain and create inserts that help relieve it. I am a lover of shoes and I may need to ditch a lot that I have as they are not healthy for my feet, but there are MANY at the Shop to choose from that I can wear, Kevin will be my go to from now on!!

Got exactly what I needed... the receptionist everyone is talking about being rude is just really straight forward and efficient, which can shock some people in the Midwest who tend to like to gab and take their time. However, being born and raised in NY I really appreciated how quickly and to-the-point she was with getting me exactly what I needed and explaining to me how it was all going to work. Admittedly, she was a little bit curt but unless you are experienced in fitting yourself for a tongue pad or a heel lift then I’d just let her do the talking because she really did know best.

Elizabeth was great. Got me into a great pair of boots and on my way in just a few minutes. She was thorough, knowledgeable and patient. Will patronize this business again.

I sent two well-loved pair of Birkenstocks sandals in less than a week ago, and got them back today! They resoled them and added new footbeds. Instead of two pair of Goodwill sandals, I have new Birki's! Thank you so much!!

If you're serious about comfortable walking or working on your feet all day, come to the Cobbler Shop. Not cheap, but worth every penny if you are in pain. Personal service by professionals, which is hard to find these days.

Only place I could find special shoes that would fit my very swollen feet and they are very comfortable. The lady here was so very accommodating!
