Augusta Seafood Inc

I live in Florida so I'm no stranger to seafood. I found this establishment to be stocked full of every local seafood I could possibly want.
I bought the haddock and some scallops and they were both delicious and fresh.
They have a cute talking bird and soooo many lobster 🦞.
Janey the owner was super friendly and had some great suggestions. I would recommend this place for fresh seafood and a friendly shopping experience.

Very good selection of real Maine’s Lobsters and many more seafood’s options. Also, the service was good, the owner is friendly and helpful.

I've always seen this place but never realized the quality and quantity of items they have. Probably should have brought my phone in and taken pictures..maybe next time

The lobsters were good, we got some soft shell lobsters we found it expensive as this is the only store around Augusta to find live lobsters. It tasted good and the meat was tender.

I have been going to Augusta seafood for 20 years I have never had any product that was not fresh. They are the least expensive In the Augusta area Very friendly atmosphere!!

My family are tourists in Maine, and this is by far the greatest value we got for fresh whole main lobstors! Two huge lobsters for only $33. Highly recommend!

Very good seafood store for a place that's almost an hour from the ocean. Nice selection of fish and shellfish, as well as packaged chowder. Service was good. Friendly owners from Hong Kong?!
Not too far from Route 3 and Western Ave. Very limited parking.

I went on father's day and thank goodness they were open. I bought the small lobster rolls. My dad mom and brother loved them. They said they were full of lobster. Thank you for a great father's day.

I love this seafood place!! They have excellent variety of seafood ranging from lobsters to fish to clams. Everything is very fresh and is dealt to perfection! I also love their lobster rolls! Very fresh and tasty! Definitely going to come back!

Cooked the lobsters for me and packed them in a Styrofoam box that kept them perfectly hot until I served them. Steamer clams were CLEAN and fresh, absolutely no grit. Will not hesitate to return, and I am fussy about seafood as I live in Portland!

Excellent fresh seafood! The best prices and friendliest people. We needed lobster already pulled apart for lobster salad and they were able to get it ready for us at seven in the morning. Great local store

Picked up a couple of soft shell lobsters, they were delicious. They have hard shell as well. Lot's of good seafood to choice from. The owners were very nice. They do ship too.

We saw the reviews that said the lobster roll here was better than the Red Barn. We thought we'd give it a try, even though the outdoor seating looked more like yard sale goods waiting to be taken away—in fact, we parked in the drive of nearby Savage Park to eat. This really is takeaway only.
But the rolls were large, with flat sides grilled brown in butter. And more, as my wife exclaimed, "No lettuce; just lobster!" (I note that the lack of lettuce allows the lobster to cling to the sides of the roll, preventing or reducing unwanted spillover.)
Overall, two rolls (with chips) and two sodas cost just over $35, but it was a marvelous sandwich.
"That was worth waiting for," says my wife.

They have a great selection of super fresh seafood at reasonable prices. We've always lived on the coast and we're fussy about our fish. We got the cod filets and it was swimming-in-the-sea fresh. We will be buying all our seafood here!

There's only one item on the menu, a lobster roll, and it's heaven on a bun. It's crammed with fresh lobster meat drenched in mayo. No fillers. The place is really a seafood market, but there's a fridge with drinks and snacks and a few chairs outside. I'll be back for sure.

Twelve lobsters arrived in Florida just as Bob said, around 3 p.m. Unfortunately, they were delivered to our neighbor even tho the address was correct (Don brought them to our door, if he had known the contents of the package, he might not have done so...just kidding). The lobsters were very active but not for long and our dinner guests were delighted. The placemats gave instructions for those who are not "lobstah savvy" and the bibs helped keep the drippings from getting away. A delicious meal and the lobstah rolls the next day were to die for. It took us back home, we will do it again.
