William and Chris came out to assess water coming up from my bedroom floor. They were here for a couple of hours going through every possibility and eliminating the possibility of an active leak. They were very professional and thorough. When the floor is dry and the source of the water can be identified I'll be trusting them to come fix it.

My technician was outstanding. My appointment window was from 8-1, which is always a dreaded wait. I was called at 9am by the technician, informing me he would be there in 10 minutes. He got the job done very quickly! He also took his time explaining what the problem was, and how he fixed it. I was very impressed by the service.

Currently going through a rebuild of our home due to tornado damage. I highly recommend using these guys for any and all plumbing needs. This is our second time using Drain Go and we are thoroughly pleased. The prices are very reasonable and the guys who do the work are down to earth and honest. Best experience I’ve had with plumbing company. We had a main drain line backed up beginning over the weekend. I called 30 plumbers on Sunday trying to get in touch with anyone. Drain go and one other company was the only ones to call back. We scheduled for the other company to come out on Monday, and had a horrible experience with the competition. Tuesday morning drain go came out and within a hour had the issue resolved. Travis has been a life saver as well as hunter and the staff in the office. From working in the trade industry it is nice to see that there is a honest company still around, and one that is fair to the customer. As well as hires amazing people to perform the work and staff the office.

Trey & Dylan gave excellent customer service during the service call. They answered all of my questions, were efficient, and professional.

Called them Friday Morning with standing water in two tubs. Guys where scheduled with a 3 hour window. Tech gave a call 20 min prior to arrival. Showed up diagnosed the issue and gave me a price to fix the problem. Very reasonable. Didn't try to upsell me or anything. I was very happy with Drain Go Plumbing and will most definitely use them again.

They are quick to respond for an appointment. The technicians (William) are professional, kind, and informative. They took the time to explain my situation (washing machine/kitchen sink backed up) and offered good maintenance ideas.

They were quick, courteous, and did not cause unnecessary additional damage to repair leak in my wall. Additionally, he was knowledgeable about his trade and was able to explain to me the reason for the pipe burst and how it was repaired.

Had our sewer line bust in a 100 year old house that we knew was going to be a problem eventually because of roots. 3 days later we had a new line and no headaches. The team at Drain Go does what they say they are going to do, there are no surprises and the team there is upfront and honest about all aspects of the project. They answered all of our questions and made sure that we were on the same page before any work was completed. Highly recommend for emergencies or routine maintenance/repairs.

I contacted this company ipon the recommendation of my neighbor; I'm glad I did. My technician, Frankie, was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and courteous. He took time to show me aspects of my plumbing system, explaining the cause of my problem. Drain Go is now my "go-to" plumbing company.

I can not say enough good things about DrainGo in Brighton, TN. Chris Hoy was such a pleasure to work with! I am extremely impressed by the great work he did installing 200' of new field lines and bypassing the old ones. But first, Chris helped remove 2 uprooted tree stumps that were damaged from a recent tornado. Everything is working perfectly now and I am very happy. Chris Hoy went above and beyond to diagnose the problem, and you can not ask for anymore than that! The other DrainGo coworkers who helped were very professional and experienced 👏
