AHC Covington Care

This place is where you should go if you are in need of senior care or rehabilitation. They take excellent care of my mom and are very personable. The activities are phenomenal, and I just can't say enough about the quality of the care here. And an extra special shout out to Ms. Krissy. She is a favorite among the seniors (and their families).

My friend has been here for a month for rehabilitation. They gave been wonderful. The therapy has been top notch!! The facility is clean and the food is good. Staff have been very courteous. I would recommend this place to any looking for rehabilitation.

They were a very kind and caring staff!!!Treated me with the utmost dignity and respect for my needs!!!

I would not advise anyone to put their love one in this place.They are only in this business for the money meaning head staffs.The cna's some are ok and they care about the elderly,but then you have ones that's there to get a check.And yes they do all the work and needs to be paid more,then maybe they would care more about the patients,The rn's just be giving the patients any kind of medicine,just to shut them up.I would not let my dog stay there.Rns lie back and forth about what they have done and what they were told.Do not let them do any kind of service if you care about your love one,Had a so called worker come out to put a pic in my mom's arm and she didn't know what the heck she was doing and put it in wrong and she was from a company that works with them,They lost my mom clothes and I never got them back.I seen so many red flags. While I was there and they only nice when you visit your love ones,when you leave they treat them like they are nothing.Elderly people are just like babies and they need to be treated like babies,If you can't do that,then you in the wrong atmosphere.

Terrible management mainly the Director of the facility. She has a nasty and unprofessional attitude. Treated my mother horribly during her stay after having a severe stroke. They left her in bed with dirty undergarments on, threw away her heart monitor, and I had to call to get them to change her clothes!! The facility just wanted to make money off her...Do not send your loved ones!!

My mother was there just a few months.they stopped getting her up she became bed ridden .Her wheel chair was stolen.She fell out of bed twice, her face was bruised really bad .Jer false teeth where left in her mouth for three months .

My dad was physically assaulted on the night of July 29,2016 by an employee at Covington Care! They tried to cover it up saying a defective wheelchair gave him raccoon eyes (I have pictures) and another lady was also aggravated assaulted that same night. That next day I removed him from Covington Care and admitted my dad to Baptist East Hospital, where the doctor confirmed my dad was assaulted by a person, not a wheelchair. She probably still works there......DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL PLACE! I will post a photo if ADMIN does not do anything about this .

This place should be absolutely stripped of any right to provide medical care to anyone. After hearing some AWFUL horror stories from elderly people about the abuse and neglect from this facility, I am absolutely disgusted.
