I love Oakland Primary Care and Cathy Linsey NP. The staff is friendly and professional and Cathy Thales the time needed to discuss all my WellCare visits and additional visits when needed. She cares about her patients and their medical needs.

Cathy and her nurse treat you the way all clinics should treat people. She listened to me, and totally took everything I said seriously. She consulted other doctors as needed for my specific issues, and even caught some issues I was having that no one else had caught. Her nurse was fast setting up referrals for me, making sure it was convenient for me, and making sure the places she sent me was best for my insurance. I have never experienced such high quality care.

Oakland Primary Care is a clean and professional clinic. The office staff is efficient and helpful. Cathy Lipsey, NP is, not only professional, but very friendly. She takes her time during appointments to make sure her patients' questions are fully answered and to give advice on alternate treatments or possible side effects from prescription medicines.

At first, Cathy was attentive, listened to me, and offered good advice.
In the end, she mislead me, miss managed my medications, became argumentative, was borderline abusive/neglectful, and insulted my intelligence. I have never had someone seem so put off by my willingness to educate myself about my conditions. I'm not willing to risk my health by continuing to see her.

Cathy Lipsey what happened to you? She is so rude and unconcerned about people. She use to be kind and concerned. My entire family no longer sees her. Also the friends I recommend to see her no longer do.
