El Chico Cafe

Loved stopping in at this place!!! Caught my eye off of i-35 and we were all pleased with the meal!! Food was great, drinks, and the service was outstanding. I dine out a lot and not many have much to hold to Jeeanna!! She was great start to end, greeted us with a kind smile and just really went above and beyond, very attentive to our group and her others! Thank for a great dinner and drinks El Chico!! Will definitely be stopping by again!!

Ate here while in town. Salsa and chips were fresh and great. Delicious food all the way around. Friendly service. Best taco's I've had in a long time

My family had dinner at Ardmore El Chico last night. The food was hot, and hit the spot!! Our server Jeanna was quick and responsive as soon as we were seated. She kept our chips and drinks refilled without us even having to ask!! Will DEFINITELY ask to be seated in her section next time too!! A++

Had a wonderful time at El Chico this week. Wednesday was enchilada day and I had the cheese and onion enchiladas. I was not disappointed. The food was hot and at my table in about 5 minutes. My server was Chelsie and I will ask for her again. Thanks Chelsie and Thanks El Chico!

It was overall a great experience and will probably be back to explore more of the menu.
I ordered the Top shelf Fajitas enchiladas on the recommendation of my server.

As I put it to her, if I can only visit here once in my lifetime, what do I order?

It was a very good choice, everything was well cooked and excellent flavours and textures.
All temperatures were on point.
Service was great and only wish I would of had room for the mouth watering dessert she had described.

Having a big empty lot next door meant I was able to drive my semi truck here for supper tonight. Which is a huge deal when considering where to go for a meal as a trucker.

Minor issues with the salsa, it was flat runny and overwhelming tomato taste. Would liked to have seen and tasted some more chunkier from vegetables like onion, cilantro and a little citrus etc..
Verde or green sauce was also a 1 flavour note.
Lacking any full rich flavour and was hotter thanit should be considering they had an even hotter habanero based additional sauce as well if you had really wanted to turn up the heat.

Sorry for nit picking, but was worth a mention as it was a fantastic meal regardless.

I came in tonight and JeeAnna was my server, she was so sweet! The best server I have probably ever had! She was quick to get to us any time we needed anything. We will be back to see her!

Best place for food ,drink, fun and friends.
Try the rib eye steak, it's the best in town. Slide up to the bar. Toni, the bartender is the best. She will keep the drinks and good times coming.

Our waitress Jeeanna was so sweet and very prompt. The food is great! My husband and I love the fajitas. Place is always clean. One our favorite places to eat in Ardmore.

Chelsie is the best! Always friendly and on top of everything! Their steaks and fajitas are 💣 if you haven’t had their 🥩 go now ask for Chelsie

First time back after a couple years and it has changed so much. For the better. Bright pleasant dining room, excellent customer service, delicious food. Very impressed.

Food was great as usual, great customer service, fast, all around amazing. We had the best waitress Jeanna Polzien. Will definitely be back!

Great experience. Chelsie is an excellent waitess. Kept our drinks filled and was very attentive. Always asking if we needed anything.

We went there for my niece's birthday and we had a big party. They were very accommodating and polite. Our waiter was very nice and the atmosphere was great! We go there often with big parties and it never disappoints!

My parents and I had El Chicos for dinner tonight. I enjoyed the Top Shelf Fajitas and chips and queso. Our families waitress was attentive and took great care of us, always with a bright smile. She’s our favorite, we always ask for her section. Stop by and give the fajitas a try and ask for Jeeanna!

El Chico is an all around wonderful dining experience. From their excellent Fajitas to their above average staff ( especially Kim )and economical pricing you can't beat El Chico !

#LilBarry likes to spice things up! If you are ready to turn up the fun and thrill your taste buds you gotta try this place. Great décor, relaxed atmosphere, and food that taste like you're on vacation ! The staff is friendly as can be. Lisa, Olivia , and Julie were all most helpful and really fast. Bring the whole family or maybe grab a drink! Once you try this place, you will be back for sure.

The food was great. The service was fast. I was very impressed. We ordered our food and in just a few minutes it was at our table. The prices were excellent. I will be going back.

I can not remember her name, but we had an angel of a server! She was so kind and quick! The tamales were amazing, and their margaritas do the trick! The yellow queso is still as delicious as I remember as a child. Will definitely be back!

The food had very good flavor and the staff was so nice and the restaurant was actually clean I recommend it to anybody
