Helpful, friendly and had what we needed as usual. The garden center ladies on Saturday were awesome. I didn't get both of their names but they worked early afternoon in the garden center and helped my mother and myself get these giant pots off the shelves.

Excellent stock that closely matches the online availability. Fast checkout and a very well organization.

Once again another great experience. 10 bags of mulch on sale loaded into my vehicle by the helpful staff. The only thing that slowed me down was other customers. When you do such a great job, I guess you get a lot of customers. Excellent! Keep up the good work!

The staff is absolutely fantastic. Amber, Risa, Casey and Dores. When you walk in you're greeted. If they don't carry something you want In store, they'll get on the computer, and look for the idem on their website. If you're on a budget, they don't try to sell you the more pricey idem.This store has nothing but rock stars when it comes to customer service.

A worker using a cart ask d if I would like it since I was carrying some flowers. She removed her items and went on. I didn’t have to ask and she was already using the cart. Wow! At the paint department the women who helped didn’t know where the product I wanted was located but they helped me find it (in automotive). So friendly so helpful so knowledgeable, your staff is fantastic! I’d already been disappointed at that other store. Excellent experience!

Would rather drive to Covington than shop at any home depot in Memphis.

While they didn't have the garage door opener remote that I needed, they were very helpful and informative about where to go and what to do. I was treated nicely both times when I had to return the ones I had already bought that weren't compatible. Home Depot definitely knows how to treat customers.

Staff is very reliable and friendly

The Covington Home Depot has the BEST customer service around! The employees there are very helpful and friendly. Even when the store is out of stock of something I want they go the extra mile to get it - whether it's ordered and shipped to the store or shipped to my house.

My experiences at Covington, TN’s Home Depot are always superb. Service representatives are always nice and service friendly with the attitude that I came here to serve you so how can I help! They’re very knowledgeable about their products and will assist you along the way if needed. There’s never a long wait or under staff. Great place to shop!!!

Jaterica (I probably misspelled her name) she was the best cashier. As hot as it is she offered her fan to us while checking us out. She was very friendly and outgoing. You don't see this very often anymore. :)

Lashunda is always amazing! She is always so helpful and full of joy everytime we go in there. Today Matt was very helpful in helping us get everything we needed to put in a new shower and even stayed and helped us load it into our truck! Almost everyone of the Home Depot staff is amazing!!!

best employees ever. The minute you walk in the door til you leave all the employees were eager to serve you. Never seen this at any other home depot before today. Manager on duty was wonderful on assisting our remodel needs. Best location ever to do business with.

They really went out of their way to help me with my deck project. I didn't know what I was doing at all and they were very patient and polite and got me everything I needed and walked me through the whole thing. I had to return some leftovers and it was no sweat. I am very happy with the service and materials.

We Love to go to Home Depot. Most of the Time You will find a Helpful area helper or you can inquire at the Service desk. We find it pretty easy to find what we need at their stores. We have also ordered from them Online. Our parts / Supplies arrived in about 2- 3 days at our home. The cashiers are helpful and efficient. We enjoy going to Our Local Covington, Tn. Home Depot.

Guys in the wood and garden went above and beyond. We had come to get the wooden steps that are prefabbed they helped get the wooden screws and concrete and made suggetions, we are seniors and the courtesy shown was awesome. Thank you guys

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Didn't have what I was looking for in the store but they gladly helped me order the item.
