I went there a few days ago for the first time. I love the store . The workers are great. And the store is so neat. The staff was so helpful, polite, and friendly.

Affordable prices,and you can make good points with their credit card. Their staff are nice and helpful. The only thing is the quality is not as good as I expect.

Clothes was nice had a good selection. Associates were kinda rude!

After spending $274 on Thursday, I unpacked my bag and realized the bottom to one of the pajamas was missing. I live an hour away and called immediately. The woman i spoke to said she only had the bottom in a smaller size. I agreed to pick them up Sunday. She pulled out two full sets and I reminded her that I was only missing the pants. She asked for the top back which she hadn't mentioned over the phone. Then she offered to allow me to purchase a whole new set. I cannot believe, given the loyal customer I have been that anyone would treat me like this. If she needed the top back, why didn't she tell me on the phone? Now I am going to dig out everything on the receipt back to the store and I'm certainly not going to do business there again. Just wait till I get all over sisal media with this. The least she could have done was apologize. And maybe express some regret that it wasn't put in the bag the first time..

Chelsea is the rudest manager I have ever seen, don’t waste your time in this store

HORRIBLE customer service. the manager was beyond rude and not helpful. tried doing a return, ended up buying more clothes, and she refused to give me a receipt. definitely won’t be back and i’ll make sure my family and friends won’t either. don’t waste ur time there they don’t care about their customers and are extremely rude!!!

Waited forever for single register, while oblivious staff folded clothes. Each transaction took a lifetime.

Cashier was rude and not helpful. Could probably use some customer service training.
