Food was hot and fresh, and the staff was friendly. Was able to get in and back on the road with a full belly and happy taste buds.

I went thru drive thru. Place my order not ordering as I should but miss Clark took my order . She gave me what I had ordered. . It was wrong. But my fault, I called her while I parked and she brought my order out to my car. Miss Clark is an asset to this Mcdonalds . A very responsible person whom takes the extra step for customer service.

Excellent location. Easy to spot from the outside. The store/bathrooms were very clean. Maria was wonderful, knowledgeable and attentive. She was courteous and provided our food in a timely manner.

Best dining experience of any McDonald’s in a long time. Food was prepared perfectly, warm crisp bun, perfect proportions. Best double cheeseburger with extra pickles I e ever had probably. My 7 yo was equally impressed with her happy meal and shake.

Stopped on our way back from Florida to home in Michigan. We had a complex order with a lot of special requirements. All food was prepared correctly and hot and fresh! Staff was friendly and quick. Great place to stop and get a quick lunch on the road.

Stopped her between 5:30-6:30 on may 18. This is the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. The customer service was excellent and they made sure to get my baby a nice toy.

I use the app and pick up through drive thru and today was a good day.. ty mcd's! Fresh hot fries and order was absolutely correct! Great job! Thanks! And again today staff all were friendly! Better than I can say for other local restaurants!

I was driving from northern Georgia to Gainesville, Florida. Stopped at McDonalds for something to eat and drink. I haven’t been in a McDonalds for quite a while. I was amazed at how clean it was. It was spotless and the girl who took my order was very friendly and professional. The food was good and fresh. On my way out a lady came out from the kitchen area. I told her how impressed I was with the restaurant and staff. She seemed very pleased and I told her I don’t pay compliments unless I mean it.

Food was very fresh and even brought to our table had breakfast and the hash browns were the perfect temperature. I personally feel they were very friendly as well and didn't deserve to be yelled at by a customer at all. The employees kept their cool and remained friendly to all customers while this lady screamed profanity about her order not being there as she said she apparently ordered ahead on her phone but didn't have a receipt to prove that she paid for the order ahead of time it showed that she selected pay upon pick up which means they do not complete the order until payment. But anyways I just wanted to say thank you for your friendly service under such a stressful situation.

It was the food was very fresh, it was the best MCDONALD'S I've had in a very long time!

I'm pleasantly surprised to be leaving a review for McDonald's as they are generally one in the same, but WHOA! What a terrific experience here in Ashburn.i should have grabbed her name, the lady inside was so friendly. I'm used to just having someone go through the motions. On top of that though, this Quarter Pounder was the best trading McDonald's sandwich I have ever had. We were just going to use the restroom, grab lunch and eat on the road. After my first bite, I put the car back in park and just relaxed and enjoyed our meal. That's right, ENJOYED, not just shoved down my neck. I even felt compelled to go back in and let them know. They deserved some positive feedback in person. Long drive from Chicago to Ft. Myers and this was the highlight of the drive. Thank you all so much ❤

I'll never understand how a fast food restaurant can get low stars. How are you gonna complain about your chicken nuggets? I get what I expect, consistently.

I get the #2 meal. My meal was fresh and hot. I enjoyed my meal. This is a great burger.
The lady that takes your order and money at the first window {who is there majority of time} has a Super Pleasant personality. She is always a delight to talk to no matter how busy she is and she usually is very busy.

Pulled up to the drive-thru around 12:20 P.M. and there was no line. Took my order of two combos and was already sitting in the parking lot eating my food about 3 minutes later. Fries were hot and burgers were great. Nice, fast, and very polite and got no negative feedback when asking for extra sauces!

This was an excellent McDonald’s with amazingly quick service and good food. Our order was fully correct, and the restaurant seemed pretty clean. The only complaint is that the ice cream machine was busted. 9/10

Service has gotten alot better. I love the ladies in the window now. Frappe machine is still always "down" on my way to work so I just quit going for breakfast and started getting cold coffee from BK. But the afternoon service is wonderful!

Was there on May 11 at about 1:30 and service was good. Manager kept everyone on their toes! Clean, quick and food was fresh and hot. Best McDonald experience in a long time. Look forward to stopping there next time we pass through the area.

As we are evacuating from Hurricane Irma, we stopped here and there were more than 90 people, with children, elders, some people walking dogs outside and more...it was packed and their employees were doing everything they could with a smile. Some people will always complaint about how slow it could be, but these guys were making their best and I needed so much that smile after leaving our house and lots of things behind, packing with my spouse, my children and our new family member ( Lola, a dog we just rescue and adopted last night since the animal center was evacuating )
