Caffè Nero

We had mochas, cafe chai lattes, croissants, sandwiches in this quaint historic building. Great ambiance, friendly baristas, and even enjoyed a lively chat with a local. He helped my HS Sr. Think critically about his college bound choices. No decision was made, but maybe one step along the way. Thank you to the stranger for helping!

The coziest place to grab a coffee and yummy pastry. We come here a lot and it’s my favorite cold brew. The kids love the blueberry muffins and banana bread. I love the variety of food options (for breakfast and lunch) and the staff are friendly and efficient.

I don't frequent national chains often, but I make an exception for Nero. It's a great atmosphere to warm up, relax, chat, or study. Their craft drinks like the Matcha Latte, and loyalty cards are great as well, and the staff are quite attentive to your requests and needs.

There's also ample street parking, or parking in the lot across the street.

I am a local Concord resident and real estate agent and we are so lucky to have Caffe Nero in our town. I am always looking for locations for business meetings and what I love about Caffe Nero is that they have a back room with a fireplace and lots of seating. They offer both tables and seats with a side table for your drinks. If you are in Concord for a meet up then I highly recommend Caffe Nero.

Popular coffee shop in Concord. Gets quite busy on the weekend in the summer. This shop has an antique vibe as it is in an antique building. Wi-Fi with plenty of places to plug in.

This is a very pleasant Caffe Nero. It starts with the friendly staff. The coffee is good, and they have an assortment of tasty sandwiches and smoothies. But it is also a comfortable place to take a break. I appreciated the nice woman working there who lent me her phone charger. I was on a long bike ride and was about to lose my map. I enjoyed an espresso and a book off their shelf while my phone charged. Cheers!

Caffe Nero maintains a positive environment in a very busy atmosphere. They have customer flow management down to a science and though you may wait a minute to get your turn, the service is very focused on you when it is your round to order. The decor is very standard coffee shop in design, but with an old-world spin that matches the Concord experience. It's not likely to be a place you'd want to hold a meeting, but if you're looking for a snall conversation one-on-onw its the perfect spot. Well done Caffe Nero.

Fantastic spot to meet up and warm up with friends. Good coffee, decent food and a cozy setting with plenty of seating (and even seats around a gas fireplace). As noted in other reviews, lines can be long during busy times. So grateful for a nice spot to gather in Concord Center.

This is a great coffee shop with the same cosy, luxurious decor and furnishings that are signature to the brand in London and Europe. I love that they have added drip coffee options and a couple vegan options on the food side. They also have workspace between the tables and sofas which is great for those who want to work while enjoying good coffee. I’ll definitely be coming back here often, I’ve missed frequenting Cafe Nero since moving to Massachusetts from London a couple years ago. I hope they’ll be opening more stores in Littleton and Acton as well.

Great coffee. We always look for great tasting European coffee when we travel and we're not disappointed with this one. Sawyer was attentive and courteous. Love the atmosphere and vibe of this coffee shop.

Just left the Concord MA caffè Nero with the best latte I've had in a while. The long haired male barista was very knowledgeable and made my sister and I's drinks perfectly. She has been a barista for years and knows coffee, and even she was impressed. Very happy with my experience and if I'm ever back in the area I will be stopping by again ☺ thank you for the great start to my day.

Cafe Nero exhibits a wonderful inviting atmosphere with a friendly staff, bustling crowds, and wide array of furniture to get comfy on while you consume your order. They have a wonderful array of caffeinated to non-caffeinated drinks from americano to sweet mango smoothies. Along with their wonderful array of drinks is a multitude of baked goods, sandwiches, and salads to consume at your leisurely delight. Among the customers are friends catching up with one another, people diligently working on their computers, and people excitedly getting interviewed for a job. Café Nero is a wonderful and delightful café that I encourage people to enjoy like a good cup of coffee.
