Mike came out the day after I called to request service. He was quick, efficient and fixed my leaky toilet and my shower nozzle.
The price was very reasonable and he also gave me a quote to replace one of my toilets with a taller model.

This was the 2nd time I called JD’s Plumbing with an emergency. My bsmt flooded during these freezing temps and they were at my home within an hour. The extra care and concern they show the client is simply the best. They cleared out the drain, sucked all the water out and even took the time to help clean up. How wonderful is that. You can’t find better than JD’s plumbing. They’re the BEST.

We had a pipe crack due to the freezing temps. I called JD's plumbing about an hour before they closed for the day. We had no water in the house and they couldn't get me in until the next day in the afternoon. I think she heard the panic in my voice and called me back to let me know she switched things around and they would be here first thing in the morning at 8am. Seriously top knotch customer service just for that alone. They were here the next day, got the job done very well and it was so affordable! I even questioned the amount thinking they forgot a zero 😂Hands down, will always call JD's for my plumbing needs!

Johnny and Troy did a great job on our hot water tank! It blew this morning and my wife was super stressed since we are hosting Thanksgiving. Same day installation and super competitive pricing. Very happy!

JD’s Plumbing was great to work with. They were hired by our contractor but will be our new plumber of choice. Johnny and team communicated well and worked with respect to our residence, and always cleaned up when they were done. Came home to a leaking valve, called Jeff after hours and he was here in no time. Absolutely professional and great on price for after hours. Replaced the valve and working on scheduling him during normal hours to change out the rest. Thank you so much JDsPlumbing!

Jeff is very professional, he is reliable and on time and he is very knowledgeable and explains what he is doing , he answered questions about a dishwasher I need installed and gave me good reccomendations. We recently bought a home and within the first week we experienced water back up in the bathroom. The JD team showed up that same day an hour after I called and went above and beyond to fix the problem. JD's plumbing came through for me at a very difficult time when no other company would reply over the holiday weekend. I had a major gas leak at my house. The owner himself dropped everything to come help. They were very polite and professional. He walked me through everything that needed to be done so I fully understood everything. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. I have had issues with major companies in the past and I regret not finding this gem of a company sooner. I would highly recommend JD's plumbing to family and friends or anyone in northeast Ohio that wants a job done efficiently and not have the run around or marked up prices of most other plumbing companies. If you need work done expediently and correct these are your guys!!

These guys were awesome! Very flexible with scheduling and arrived on-time. We had a Flo by Moen smart water shut off installed as well as a bathroom leak looked at and repaired. They were very knowledgeable with what was done previously and provided information as to how to fix it. The work was completed efficiently and their work was clean and effective. In addition to their plumbing skills they had great people skills and were polite (wearing protective shoe coverings each time coming in and out of the house). My 3 year old son wanted to "help" the plumbers and they were so nice to him, even gave him a fitting to look at so that he felt important. We've found our plumber for the future!

JD fixed the plumbing in our restroom. He completed the project in a timely and professional manner. He told me the estimated cost upfront and was fair about it. I would use JD again in the future without hesitation.
