I wish I could give more stars. The customer service in the service department is beyond excellent. The techs are the best and have solved every issue with my problematic dart. Second time around and I still give it a 10/10. They always go above and beyond with customer service. I went back to the same salesman Andrew and he was great as always! No pressure at all either which is great. The process of buying the vehicle is smooth and they value your time. In the future I will get another vehicle from there!

I just picked up my '09 truck from Towne and it looks brand new. I needed a new rear door and had some rust that needed attention. Their Collision Manager is Sue Camus and she worked with me to come up with a solution that I could afford and made the truck look great. Their work is incredible and their friendly, no pressure approach will keep me coming back.

I dealt with Jake G. He was personable, transparent, and helpful throughout the entire process. I’d recommend him and the dealership to anyone including family and friends!

Are you kidding me! This dealership treats us like royalty. My husband has been a loyal customer sine 1995 (28 years) and I've leased my last 3 vehicles through Towne. Stopped in for an oil change and was helped by a very friendly person who had to check if they had space. They did and were able to get started in just a few minutes. I think I was out in less than an hour with an oil change and tire rotation.

I had a wonderful experience with our salesperson Ron and Blaine in finance. My boyfriend had originally gone to a different dealership in the area and had a terrible experience but decided to go look at a car at Towne and within a few minutes Ron greeted us and offered to test drive the car I was interested in. I went in with a bit of a challenging credit history and no history of auto loans but they still helped me secure financing at a monthly payment I’m comfortable with. Even with my credit challenges I was treated with respect the entire time. Ron and Blaine answered all of my questions and were very transparent with me the entire process. I've taken my jeep to a few different dealers for service and this is hands down the best service I have received. I had an unexpected issue with my jeep and they were able to get me in right away and take care of it in less than 24 hours. They even fixed a secondary issue for me while it was there even though I hadn't scheduled any of it ahead of time. The service advisor, Eric Ferris, was very helpful. Thank you so much. I will be coming back to Towne in the future!

Joe was wonderful to work with! He was fast, prepared and knowledgeable. We got a great deal on the car that we wanted and the process couldn't have been easier. We picked up the car the next day and were in and out. Blaine helped us through the paperwork which was very easy and fast compared to other dealerships we have been to. Would definitely recommend!

Drove 3.5 hours to look at/buy a used 2019 F150, in the crazy truck market there is right now they were the only ones I found that had a newer F150 listed within market value (KBB). The truck needed tires and they were more than willing to work with me as far as getting tires I would be happy with on the truck. Everything went as it should have gone and so far everything is with the truck is great.
Would drive out to use them again in the future certainly.
Shoutout to Ron for coming in on his days off to make sure the truck was ready to go and getting it finalized for me to take home.

Recently bought a RAM 1500 and could not be more pleased with the entire purchase experience. The sales process was straightforward and focused on my needs, not what anyone wanted to sell me.

We get all of our 3 jeeps serviced here. On 7/14 service was closing early (to install EV chargers) and they bent over backwards to do our inspection.

Township was very helpful to me when I was going through with carshield they worked with me ti get things done and solved I appreciated what they have done for me and my family.

Had to take my car in for a NYS inspection. It was very easy to schedule my appt over the phone as sometimes it's nice to talk to another human being. They took my car right away, and I believe I waited less than an hour. An employee came to get me in the waiting room, and walked me to the cashier's desk. It made me feel like a valued customer, and that I wasn't just a number nor did I feel dismissed. I could have easily went somewhere closer to my home but I have always valued the service given at this Jeep dealership location.

I wanted to shout out Erik Ferris in the service department. I’ve had some unfortunate issues with my tires over the last few months. Just bad luck with pot holes or nails. Erik goes above and beyond every time I come in. He worked with warranty company so I didn't have to and made sure nothing was coming out of pocket. I work multiple jobs and have very little time to be waiting for my car and he’s always super accommodating, always follows through on timelines, and I never have to chase him down for information about my vehicle. Erik and my sales rep Tyler Piscitello are the main reasons I have purchased my last two vehicles with Towne and why I’ll continue buying cars from only you guys. Can’t say enough good things!

Upon getting in the lot, a great gentleman named Ron Freier (not sure if spelled right sorry) approached my wife and I and immediately asked if he could be of any assistance, getting us keys for a truck we wanted to test drive. The lot seemed busy and he was himself busy, but went the extra to assist us too. We drove two trucks and he was asking if we wanted to do anymore, what we liked and didn’t, what we’d be using the vehicle primarily for. Before he even mentioned anything about numbers he was really trying to see what we needed and did not up sell us anything. We decided on a 2019 Ram 1500. We had a pressure free deal, got the most for my trade, and stayed in our budget. Ron made sure every detail was perfect and had the truck detailed and cleaned before we took it later that day. Ron even noticed a dent (very small but not horrible) near rear bumper that will need attention and told us he would have that handled when we had the time. Ron was a consummate professional and was very down to earth and easy going. This is our fifth car we have purchased from Towne, and I definitely see us repeating business in the future. Can’t say enough about the experience. 👍
