I was assigned this agent when i moved to New England 8 years ago. They were across the street from where I lived so why not? In that time, I've only spoken to them once and they insulted my selection of coverage. I was in an accident two weeks ago and left a message to start a claim. They haven't even returned my call to see if I'm ok, let alone to start on paperwork filing the claim.
