Got some balloons here, they did and awesome job and got me in and out of the store super quick as well.

Went last minute to get my daughter a balloon bouquet. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. It was super busy and the 3 people working the balloon counter on 1/23/21 at 12:30 were great to work with!! Thank you so much!

Expensive, but what a variety! One of the workers was very helpful as well in answering all my questions.

Yesterday was fathers day and also my sons grad party. So I put 5 stars because Jannae went above and beyond making my son's grad party a perfect one even though it didnt start that way. I was supposed to have 2 dashers deliver my order but only 1 came. And there were alot of balloons missing because the other dasher delivered to another location and just dropped it off when they are supposed to hand it off. So that was the first issue. And if they can't hand it off they are supposed to return it to party city if there is no one to give it to. Being that none of that happend and I had balloons that were also online from other companies she still replaced them to get as close to what I originally had for FREE! That was just one of the reasons I'm giving 5 stars. Not only that I had a special balloon that was in the batch of balloons that were never delivered. It was for my father who passed away last year and I was going to release it being thats its father's day. This amazing kind and compassionate employee/human being offered to give me her balloon which was the last father's day balloon in store and mind you it was for her dad. If this isn't phenomenal customer service then I don't know what is. She also is making sure I get a refund for all of the balloons that are missing! Maple grove is my go to location. But not anymore. I will go out of my way to shop there just like she went out of her way to make things RIGHT! Thank you again Jannae. I literally can't thank you enough.

Always well stocked and friendly! We often come for supplies for just about any kind of party and they're happy to fill our own mylar balloons for a fee.

Love this store. Staff is always happy and up beat. Lots of choices, all our go to party item's. We do miss having the elk river location but still make the drive. So many selections and always new ideas and things coming in.

So helpful, I was in a last minute Christmas shopping and desperately needed a Spider-Man costume and they were so helpful and knowledgeable about products and where exactly they were located!

Wow - I walked in the weekend before Halloween and was greeted right away and directed right to the witch costume area I was looking for. Was asked again by a different associate while I was browsing if there was anything I needed help with. The front end line moved as quick as possible and everyone was pleasant and welcoming!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were so busy that Saturday but they took everything in stride and completed the people's orders.

Best place to go for costumes. Huge menu boards that you pick a costume from, then you tell the clerk what you would like and they grab it for you. They could improve the fitting rooms with the volume of customers they get.

They always have good coupons, great party selection, and decent prices! It's easy to get to in Coon Rapids as well.
