We’ve been loving this store through a few changes of name since the late 1980s. Seems like the same knowledgeable, helpful handy people work there. Best hardware store within 6 miles of our house in Brooklyn Park! Someone is always there to show you a creative way to repair or build something. Also best parts store in this area. Keep it up, guys!

If you're like me and miss the days when you could walk into a hardware store and find someone who knows at least a hammer from a hole punch and can answer some questions... this is the place

The people are very knowledgeable about hardware, and really use their expertise to explain the operation of all kinds of hardware needs and small engines too. They even explained the inner operations of small engine carburetors. Good inventory, also. Real pros.

Friendly and helpful no matter how small your purchase

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Mike is my automatic Go To for any/all needs as he is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and honest. He has helped me navigate more DIY Honey Do List items than I would like to admit to. This place has everything you could possibly need, along with rentals for those who are not in a position to purchase a particular needed tool or part at any given time. Big hats off and thank you to Mike and the Team.

This is a great local hardware store. They have more in stock than you would expect and their prices are quite comparable with the big box stores. I bought a nice Weber grill from here in summer 2019 and the price was as low as I could find anywhere.

I assume they treat their employees pretty well as there seems to be very low turnover. I recommend shopping here whenever you can.

I am in this store once every month or so out of sheer convenience. The truth is, I should be here for any hardware store purchase as the service is always helpful. Where I struggle to find anyone at a big box, Jerry's staff are knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. AND they carry quality products!

This place has the most helpful employees I have ever seen. They always are sure to greet you and ask if you need help finding anything, and are very knowledgeable as well. I have never had a bad experience here, and I always leave with a positive feeling. They also have a very wide selection of hardware.

They always have what I need. They are one of the best stocked hardware stores in the metro area!! Friendly staff and are willing to give you the personal service you need to conquer any house hold or office project.

The best service around.

I had narrowed my search down between two mowers and they let me test them to decide which one was for me. You’re not going to get that same service at a big box store.

For the do it yourselfer they always seem to have something that works.

They have yard equipment rental and do small engine repair.

They also sharpen lawnmower blades and even an old set of chisels.

Always someone there ready to help!

Very helpful their customer service is a 10. I needed Unique Piece of mirror and a Gentleman help solve my problem that turned out perfect highly recommend for any specialized need they also do rental equipment there.

Good size store, good selction, knowledgeable friendly staff. Nothing beats a neighborhood hardware store! Compare online at the big box stores and then buy it here for same price!
