My daughter and I love going here. We love the food, which is (most of the time) delicious, and it's a very quick and easy place to get a 'healthier' meal. My favorite part is the self-service kiosk, where you can order your food using a tablet. It's great if you like to take your time looking at the menu or if you need to see pictures of the food before you order. Plus, you can customize your food selections to how you like them!

Love there broccoli cheddar soup. Ordered a loaf. Wasnt in bag. Was told to go to bakery to get loaf. Then told no that's not where it is. Here it is they say. Could have said that from beginning so I dont feel stupid. All other locations I've gone to they put in bag of order for me

I love Panera dont get me wrong but thier PRICES ARE REDICULOUS.. PANERA YOU BETTER STOP YOU WILL LOSE BUSI ESS YOU HAVE GONE TO FAR TO HIGH AND I WILL SAY THE TOPSHAM MAINE STORE I ASKED FOR COFFEE EVERY SINGLE THERMOS WAS EMPTY I ASKED FOR A CERTAIN SANDWICH DIDNT HAVE???COULDNT MAKE? SO LADY GAVE ME AN EXTRA BEARCLAW PASTRY AS NOTHING WAS IN STOCK NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE.. TOPSHAM YOU BETTER PICK UP OR YOUR GONNA LOSE CUSTOMERS NOT GOOD

Stopped in for some lunch. The food was good and fresh. The woman who took our order was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean… the tables, the floors were all clean. I used the restroom and it was also clean. We were there at prime lunch time and were still able to get a table ( several people were doing takeout). Parking was a little crowded but we saw someone leaving. Easy to get to.

Love the food here. This specific location has some rude staff but overall it’s okay.

It's run like the Panera's in big cities, Fast paced with a complicated menu. It can be daunting, so take a good look at the menu before you get in line.

Me and my daughter came in and landon was extremely sweet and helpful! (I believe that was his name he had curly dark hair)
Without having to ask he came out from behind the counter and got my daughter a high chair and brought it to the table for me. He also offered to help bring my food to the table for me.
And from what I observed he was going above and beyond for all the customers that came in. I hope he gets some sort of recognition! :)

Went today for lunch with my daughter. The person who took our order was wonderful, I did not think to ask his name. It was very busy but he kept a smile on his face and was just terrific…we both had questions about a couple menu items but he didn’t seem to mind at all! Great service and as always, the food was great.

I ordered a steak sandwich, took a bite and went... Oh no. There's horseradish on here. I'm allergic. I went to the cashier to make sure abs they said there was, asked if there was a problem. I said no, I'm just allergic and took a bite, no big deal. Get a couple hives but takes more than that to be a major issue. Went back to my table, and they came out, offered to make a new sandwich and brought it to the table without any kind of attitude and without me even expecting, much less asking. Awesome service.

Been coming here for 15 years. Hasn't lost its touch at all. If anything it's better. Excellent staff, they put care into the food. Never left waiting for help if I need anything. Always clean. If you are considering going, and reading reviews to make a choice my suggestion is; yes, on Panera everytime! Yes this one is better than others in Maine.

We asked for 2 larger and we got 2 smalls, we asked them abt it and they said “it’s the only size we have” and didn’t even give us a refun.. 😡 !!!

New menu and its in my opinion better than in the past. I love just about and of their combos they have! And let's not get going on the bakery items! They are so yummy and great freshly baked everyday so many choices 😋

Love the food and first tried it in San Diego . A bit of a learning curve for us using the self service tablet at the counter to place our orders but the clerk was very helpful in walking us thru the steps.

It's always good, and reasonable pricing.

I was short on time and needed to get food quickly, Landon i’m pretty sure his name was helped me get my order in very fast. He was very polite and friendly. He was super helpful!

They always meet or exceed my expectations at the Augusta ME Panera. I always have a smiling face greet me and light appropriate conversation from the staff. Although I rarely review chains, this one makes my day 4/5 days a week. I especially love the coffee subscription which is free till January! Love free stuff? Get the Panera membership.
