I cannot say more positive things about James and the team at Maine-ly Action Sports. The customer service, sales, and delivery experience I had was superb. I ended up with a CFMoto UForce 1000, that was priced right, prepped, and delivered on time and exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by the knowledge, low pressure sales experience, and excellent delivery. I highly recommend them for your next action sports purchase.

I get all of my fluids here and have bought a couple of Parts here. One time I was in a rush to get a very odd part that no one carries and they did not have it either. They did however find it for me and told me what state it was in and I took off to go grab it. That was nice of them to locate one for me and let me know where it was.

As the producer of the build motorcycle television a locally produced motorcycle show back in '06 to '09 I had a Harley dealership as my primary sponsor. The deal was when they make money I want to make money they took me out back after 6 months and told me literally jumping up and down off the floor how they were way ahead of their wildest projections and when I said how about sharing some of the wealth all of a sudden well there was some excuse after another one. I did not want victory as a sponsor but I went out and spoke with them and that day I could see they cared about their customers they went out of the way for them then I tried the product and it blew me away. I've ridden Harley's since 1977. Had many brand new Road Kings softails you name it their motorcycles were superior to anything I'd ever driven. But most of all it was their customer service that made me so impressed. I still use them every time I need service on my victory vision tour. James and his staff are first right

I had a terrific buying experience with Mane-Ly action. I was shopping for a new 690 Enduro so I reached out to the two nearest KTM dealers. The ‘other’ dealer never returned my email but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, knowing electronic communication isn’t always reliable. After talking to 2 people on the phone, my questions were not answered. A 3rd person was supposed to call me back but never did. Dealing with James was easy and communication was great. He answered all my questions and spelled out the pricing so I knew exactly what I was getting into. Thanks for a smooth, easy transaction.

I will hands down do business with this company in the future. They made the buying experience so easy. There is no "hidden fees" that get added after the fact. They are knowledgeable and friendly. We walked in having an idea of what we wanted and the price they go for and ended up buying a beautiful ATV in under 30 min. James was the sales rep and took care of the payment process as well, it was so great working with just 1 person. We are very very excited to get our new side by side and cant wait to shop with them for all the extras we want to add to it over time.

I was on the fence about having them as a sponsor for my motorcycle television show. Then when I heard the owner tell one of the mechanics to contact every customer they had sold a certain vehicle to to bring them in for new throttle cable. Even though there was no recall they went ahead and changed a part that wasn't functioning properly on every machine they sold. I took that as a sign of a business that really cares about there customers. Which I found out over time was the truth. This is straight up no b******* dealership and you can trust their word

Working with the owner James on a Wednesday needing my rzr 1000 turbo for the following Wednesday “only one week!” to get the front differential changed and under warranty was crazy to ask for with their work schedule but they still got it done and I will be able to go to West Virginia on my trip to the Hatfield McCoy trails. They are a awesome group of people and if you want stellar service buy a machine threw them and you will always be pleased an taken care of.

Dealer attentive, fast professional business demeanor, sold us the nicest used trailer that was 10 years old that looked like new, been parked inside its entire life. Wanted to haul back a large house full of furniture and personal effects back to California without paying high rental costs. Sold us the trailer for a super low price of only 1500.00, new one similar priced out to more than 5000.00. Custom painted KTM Orange with tons of nascar level sponsor stickers as it was a raffle item from a big time Ricky Craven charity ride, all professionally installed with high quality plastic graphics. Big 8x12 inside finished with painted wood paneling, lighting, folding rear door with cable spool assist. Biggest trailer legally allowed to be towed WITHOUT trailer brakes made use easy. Dealer went through all electrical systems and verified brake lights worked for free. All we needed was a set of fresh trailer tires. We towed this trailer from Maine to California without ANY troubles, pulled behind our class a RV like a dream. Could not feel the trailer at all in back, Thanks for all this goodness, we would do business again in a minute should we need anything similar in Maine.

Bought a used sled for ice fishing at camp and can't ask for better service. James is the salesman I dealt with and very pleased with the service he given me. I will be back for other needs.
