Well i just picked up my car. my back window busted out for no reason. I called every place in town it was gonna take 10 days. Or they didnt have the glass for my 06 Pontiac grand prix. Safelite got me in the next day same price as other places with the discount they offered. Got all the glass out off my back seat . It was also raining when i dropped it off and they pulled in the garage soon as i got there so it wouldn't get wet inside. Its only been a day but im happy with the outcome. We will see how the window holds up.

Went into Safelite due to having a damaged back window. The website made scheduling an appointment very simple and the staff was great to work with. The technicians were knowledgeable and the store manager was courteous and professional. The process was quick and easy, so I would definitely recommend this location for any car window fix/replacement.

Unfortunately, I’ve had the same windshield replaced twice on my vehicle this year due to errant rocks. I thought I was headed for number 3 when I stopped in to see the Safelite team this AM, but they were able to repair the windshield promptly without having to replace it. Their service is fantastic.

Service was great, it took exactly one hour to replace the windshield on my 2011 Avalanche that had a stress crack. The technician who did the replacement was knowledgeable and friendly. He even cleaned my windows and side mirrors. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a windshield replaced.

I came in here to get my windshield replaced. Told them my situation and it took them 5 mins to fix my issue. Turns out I didn’t need a new windshield at all.

They fixed my windshield for a very reasonable price. The staff was all welcoming and free GOOD Keurig coffee in the waiting room. Any questions that I had asked were explained thoroughly to me in regular, nonautomotive terms! Absolutely recommend - not to mention they work fast too!

Easy boarding and very quick service.

Got a small stone chip in my windshield about the size of a dime.
Went to safelite, the young lady at the desk was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.
Technician Larry looked at the chip and said they could have it fixed and repaired in 20 minutes.

That Larry just did, truly unbelievable!!
The stone chip was gone with a very very small dot left where the damage was. I'm totally amazed about Larry's workmanship and his top notch professionalism.
The lady contacted my insurance carrier and they waived any payment needed by myself. What a great morning....

The technician I spoke with was up front and knowledgeable. Within about an hour I had a full windshield replacement.
I didn't use insurance and my full windshield was about $400 on my mid size suv.
I didn't get pressured for additional services either.

Online quote & setting up appt was quick and easy. Price was significantly less than expected. Technician was amazing & cares very much about his quality of work. I feel like I matter. Would never consider anybody else for this work.

I had a small crack in the windshield of my vehicle that was repairable, so I made an online appointment with the Safelite location in Green Bay WI and was able to have it repaired on the same day in less than 20 minutes. The technician was polite and explained everything well to me, and I drove away confident that my windshield was no longer a danger to myself or my passengers. I highly recommend Safelite and will not hesitate to go there again if I need a windshield or window repaired or replaced.

We had our windsheild replaced on Friday the tech who came ...his name was James..was the most polite young man I have met. He explained what he was going to do and got to work. When he was done he explained everything he had done and made sure I understood..again so very polite..Safelite you should be proud of your employees..and hopefully reward them for their work they do for you .
