I Called numerous times and no answer left Multiple messages with no response to anything. Finally after calling probably a dozen times over a week or more.. I get a guy That puts me on hold immediately without saying anything. Then I proceeded to Try to explain my situation and he was Not interested whatsoever in helping me and was very short with me and he had a tone. He Didn't even say goodbye or have a nice day just hung up.
I work customer service and would never treat someone like that 😒 I answer questions politely and to the best of my ability..even if I think there's questions are dumb or there just chatting away.. I still stop and make them a priority.
