Had a very pleasant experience with this company! Laura was very responsive and they all worked around some changes in our order we needed handled. I even had an appointment close to the delivery timeframe and they were very responsive and accommodating. The delivery crew was fantastic. Two very nice gentleman who took very careful care of the furniture on delivery. I HIGHLY recommend ordering from this company.

Impressive selection visible from the outdoor portion of the store. Not a customer, but friendly staff as I stroll on the Minuteman Commuter Bikeway. Interesting location near the revolutionary battlefield in Lexington. Also nicely preserved ponds and wetlands.

Very helpful staff with a wonderful assortment of nursery items. Their Christmas shop in the winter is amazing.

Honestly, I went there for the after Xmas sales. They have a lot of high end outdoor furniture. It all appears to be very good quality and looks good. Staff was very friendly. I did not ask questions about the furniture, not the season to be buying any right now.

There is a really good selection of patio furniture and accessories, the type you just will not find in the box stores. A variety of materials is available, including beautiful teak and ipé. The prices are not inexpensive, although for the quality, I don't think they're at all unreasonable. Another thing that I like is the presence of displays, which are sorely lacking in box stores. It's certainly possible that you will have to place a special order, but you'll have a much better feel for your options.
The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They will make sure to let you know that they're present to help you, but they will not be in your face or hanging over your shoulder; they will give you time and space.
They also have a garden center, although we did not explore that area, but it could make things very convenient if you need plants in addition to outdoor furniture.
All in all, this is a really good place to go if you're ready to spend a bit extra for the service and products that cannot be found in the box stores.

I just fell in love with this place and the staff are so friendly and helpful and kind and considerate, they even allow bikers to stop and bike on the path and park there. I really truly had to have this blue and white mat for my boat like a doormat but I could not afford it though it was very dear, even with 10% off $44 is a little steep for a mat, but boy it would’ve lasted a lifetime and it was so awesome as well as all of the furnishings in that store in the plants and they just Take such good care of everything and everything.

I ordered a teak sofa and it was delivered in less than 2 weeks. There was some discolouration on a couple of the cushions on delivery. I sent Seasons Four a couple of photos and asked if they would recommend any particular way of washing the cushions. Somebody came to my house within a couple of days with replacement cushions!!

Everyone in the store was incredibly helpful, and the range of comfortable attractive furniture was better than anywhere I have found. Fantastic service as well!

They had a great selection of live trees for Christmas and a lot of holiday decorations at a great price! They also had a great program on weekends so families could enjoy. Free photos with Santa (donations for the instant photo ornament they give you with your photo with Santa and you can take as many pictures with your own camera), Face Painting, Balloon Expressionist, Silhouettes, Live Singing by a Choir, Elmo Visit and a petting zoo!

Great place for really high end outdoor furniture for the patios..the really nice stuff your neighbors will be jealous you went to Seasons Four last week...Not to worry they have much more .Stop by for a look..

Well tended show gardens with a large variety of plants and garden statues. Peaceful setting. A grove of saplings. Outdoor/indoor large furniture showrooms. Reasonable prices and knowledgeable, friendly staff.

Great outdoor furniture. A bit pricey but high quality stuff. Needed replacement lounge chair cushions and they let us take a cushion home for exact fit--didn't expect that. Service was exceptional.

Greeted as we walked in, offered help but not in a pushy way. Great selection and a comfortable showroom. A little more then I planned to spend, but still a nice store with great service.

Excellent Christmas Trees, Balloon Twisting and Face Painting during the Christmas season. Fantastic store over all. Very kind and helpful people work here.

In late November and early December, they do a lot of events for the kids. Especially of note, is the balloon twisting and the face painting. It is a good place to take kids, and pick out a tree.

awesome place. locally run. met everyone who works a d owns the place during 1 visit. they work with everyone on deals and furniture/plants. everyonencares about what they do and their customer. great place for all outdoor furniture and plants.

Yes, at least three years of getting a Christmas tree at the same place. Love it.
