The funky chicken nachos are bomb! Followed Hiway Signs, so glad I did! Today's special was Chicken fried chicken. Yum! Great service and sweet tea, too. Busy here so must be popping. The daily special was chicken fried chicken and it was freed to perfection with good gravy and to get amount of it too. The green beans had fresh onion and bacon just like grandma's! It even came with Texas toast and a little side salad. I wasn't even hungry just went for a snack but left very full and happy.

Great Food, employees are great, and the restaurant is spotless. Love how they do their menus and the cost is amazing. If I could give 10 ⭐ stars I would.

We stopped here for dinner and sat outside at one of the tables with an umbrella. We ordered at the walk-up window and they brought the food out to us. The service and food were both fantastic. The burger, catfish, tater tots, fried okra, onion rings, pie, and malts were all too-notch. I go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely environment--including the people, food, and decor! 50's vibes fill the diner with pictures of many music icons. Ordered the "John Wayne" burger with tator tots, peanut butter milk shake, and cookies and cream pie. Boy, was the sweet tea tasty! Will be back, surely.

Delicious food. Hot and fresh! Price was good for that amount we got and flavors were spot on. It was early so hardly any wait time. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy our food with the cool morning breeze.

Always a must have, John Wayne Burger or the Marlyn Monroe dish.
Pizza is pretty good as well.

My husband ordered country fried steak but got hamburger steak by mistake but it was tasty. As was the rest of our food. My grandson was so excited to see where his daddy works.

We made a short detour from the highway to have lunch here. Good food, great service, really reasonable prices. Classic BLT is my favorite sandwich and I was so happy they didn’t try to do anything weird to it. :)

We stopped in for lunch on a dreary day and our meal turned out to be the highlight of our trip. Awesome, fast service, a tasty meal was brought out before we had a chance to peruse all the 50's and 60's decor. The patty melt was very good, my chicken sandwich hit the spot. We will be back.

This place is such a nostalgic place! My parents went on many dates here when they were teenagers and it’s still in business! The food is amazing, definitely recommend the patty melt.

I recently went here for the first time with my family and we all enjoyed it the food was very good the diner is set up with old time things that are always a plus for for me I think it’s very cute and the service was great the waitress was friendly we will definitely be back, on the menu they have chili burgers, chicken fried steak, cat fish, BLT, grilled cheese, there is all kinds of things, my husband got the chili burger and was very satisfied with it and I got the BLT which was delicious and my daughter got the grilled cheese that she scarfed down! Overall great experience and great food.
