Always appreciate going in and noticing the cleanliness of a place first. It spoke volumes as you went through the store and noticed the neat shelves and how well it was kept. With several registers going it helped get trucks in and out quickly which is a big plus for us as we push daily. Visited Subway while there and great service also.

I'm not really sure if it's possible to have a favorite gas station / truck stop but if it is this is mine. The prices are always on par if not better than the surrounding gas stations. The employees are always extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The bathrooms are by far the cleanest of any gas station I've ever been to. The food and drink variety is top knot for the multitude of selections. If you need to stop along I-69 in you're in the area this is the place to stop.

One of my favorite gas stations because it is always so clean and they are super friendly as well! I never have to wait in line and their coffee is always fresh too! They fix any problem you may have right away, no questions asked! I would recommend Pilot in Daleville to anyone passing by! Plus, they have an awesome rewards program! 😀

I use this place as a fueling station for my employer using the diesel lanes. There, of course, are gas pumps for the locals and travelers. It is usually well maintained and has clean rest room facilities. There are fountain drinks and coffee available as well as many quick goods such as hot dogs,. Sausages, donuts, to go sandwiches. There are all the usual convenience items such as candy chips, cooler drinks, etc. There is a Denny's restaurant for dining. The sales associates are friendly, at least the ones I've encountered( I have only shipped in the afternoon). All in all, a good choice for the interstate traveler 👍

I stop here all the time in my semi.The people are great and very very helpful of you can't find what your looking for all someone and they will be glad to help.They have the best quality fuel around.There food odds great and the prices are affordable.The best party for me odds I can get in and out very quickly in my semi there is plenty of room to turn around and plenty of semi parking.You can get every thing you need and return to your truck for a much needed nap of you want.The only thing I wish they had a walking path to walk my 120 pound pit bull when I'm here really isn't many spots to walk him here.I always stop at the pilots because everyone is so friendly some of the other truck spots aren't so nice

I want to give a shout out to Bre. I went in there to purchase load locks, and was having a tough time getting my Comdata card to work for the purchase. After numerous phone calls, I had to wind up writing a Comcheck. Bre was so friendly, patient, understanding, and pleasant throughout the entire process. I want to thank her again for the amazing service. She had a smile on her face the entire time, and was such a joy to speak to. Please give her a well earned, well deserved raise / promotion. ❤

Very convenient, clean, and friendly employees! They have Western Union money transfer services which is also a great thing! I definitely recommend them.

I enjoy the travel centers. It's comfortable to use the restroom when traveling. They always have neat gadgets to buy that you can't find elsewhere.

Well, after wasting my time and fuel going to Loves Travel Stop!.. Which never has anything you need in stock!.

I called the Pilot Travel Center and they had what I needed. I purchased a Blueparrott B-450 XT headset. Friendly and very helpful staff!!

It's a Truck stop, it is what it is but there's a lot of compition in this area, due to it being just off of 69 and 67 so prices are reasonable and they have a decent variety in snacks and beverages. Being a Truck Stop they have a lot of radios/cb and other mobil electronics. You can even pick up tshirts, hats, and other things there.

The restroom was clean and the drink area was well stocked and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

TRUCK WASH RIGHT BEHIND WENDY'S. They're still working on signage, but it IS OPEN! Called Happy Truck Wash- a little tricky to drive in to, $40 for wash out. June 21, 2013

The shower was nice and clean.. with plenty of hot water! Well worth the $12.00!
