We love this place. We give them all of our gaming business. My son goes in and asks a million questions, and they are always so great about it. They take the time to answer each one patiently, and know all the answers, even on some random $5 game on Clearance. Tons of savings and promotions. If you have gamers in your family, this is where you’ll want to shop.

I usually avoid Gamestop, but I had a great experience with some trades yesterday. Receipt says Kevin was the guy who helped me. Really friendly, not pushy at all, helpful, and straight to the point.

The employee was very mindful of what type of games I would enjoy. He gave excellent input on helping me choose a new game to purchase. Very friendly, fast check out. Extremely likely I will return soon!

I take my grandson to GameStop he buys stuff for his Xbox One is Nintendo switch does trade in some of those games after he gets tired of them but they're always knowledgeable about the games they sell and always polite I have never had anybody in there have an attitude good place to shop

For as much crap that Gamestop receives, their policies for used games and accessories can't be beat. Especially in an industry where publishers try and screw you over every chance they get. The store in Avon, Indiana, is a fine example of how awesome they can really be. The service is always friendly, the store is always clean and organized (as much as a game store can be), and never once have I had to wait an excess of time that wasn't a huge midnight release. The only complaints come from their used accessories. I bought an Xbox controller and had an immediate problem. Luckily I was able to trade it back in for a full refund (within 7 days) or a replacement (30 days). The second controller had issues as well, but the third was given with a rechargeable battery pack and charger. Though frustrating, they treated me well and compensated more then I had expected. Note: While they had a controller each time, they can only offer what they have in stock. Just because they couldn't help you find a game or accessory doesn't mean another one doesn't, or that someone won't trade it in later down the road.

Picked up the "new" switch and instantly love it. Clerk behind the counter was bouncing in between 3 different customers handled us at the same time definitely impressed.
