AT&T Store

We came in with a locked phone and unsure what to do. Ryan Wiley greeted us at the door and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was honest and led us through each step of the process. We ended up leaving with a new S23 FE for less than $5 a month. He got the phone activated and hooked up for us with ease. I would recommend this store just for the amazing customer service. Thanks, Ryan!

Nicholas helped us activate our new phones and successfully transferred everything from our old cells. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He also guided us through selecting the best plan for us to use.
We also talked with Nancy and Bill who were also helpful. We appreciate the AT&T staff at the Avon store because of their expertise and patience.

The Avon AT&T store is absolutely wonderful! Staff members like Jennifer make your visit a perfect example of putting the customer first. They focus on what your personal needs are and clearly explain all of your purchasing options. They have gone above and beyond or me in the past and I will only do business with them. Not all stores are the same, but if you are looking to purchase with confidence or simply need help navigating the often confusing world cellphones and plans, go see Jennifer or one of her equally qualified and friendly co-workers at the Avon location!!

I came in last week to talk about issues with my phone lines because doing it over the phone is nothing but incompetent employees who do not care about your issues and just keep asking you to wait until the next billing cycle to hope it is fixed. I had a nice young lady named Nancy help me out and sort my issues. She made sure all my needs were met and went above and beyond to fix them. Something that never happens over the phone. I will be back again so she can help me next time.

The service here is amazing. The sales rep I worked with Jennifer, really made my purchase go so smoothly. She was so friendly with me and helped me find what I was looking for with no issues!! I recommend working with Jennifer, she was very welcoming to me and overall did a great job!! Thank you Jennifer!

I was having a horrible time setting up some things on my phone and needed some help, Melissa was the poor soul that got stuck with me. I was so frustrated when I arrived, but after a few minutes, she began working her magic on my phone and my attitude. She was so upbeat, helpful and full of knowledge, I felt silly for being so frustrated. She told me anytime I need help, to just come back and she would help me. I am definitely giving her a 10/10 and will tell ALL my friends and family that she is now our go-to person for all cell phone related issues. Thank you, Melissa, for being so helpful and having such great customer service. You are def a life saver!

I had made an order online for four new lines, and it was a disaster. I went into the store with little hope. HOWEVER, Katie was AMAZING!! I had to basically cancel everything and restart but she made it so so so easy and seamless!! I loved her chill vibes and even though it took a couple hours she was engaging, interactive and knowledgeable during the process! Thank you so so much team!! 💕

I recently bought a new Samsung phone at this AT&T store. My first visit to select the phone, I worked with Nancy who explained the differences in the phones and was not pushy. She was great to work with. The one I chose had to be ordered.
My next trip in to get it set up I worked with Francisco. He also was great to work with. Very patient with this older customer. He gave me a couple if tips and shortcuts. It is hard for me to decide to get a new phone because of all the set up.
And to make it even better, the store manager approved my old phone for trade in, so I got a discount. Now that is a good day. Even with two trips.

Amazing service! Blake was very friendly and welcoming. He was a great help to the issues I came in for, he went above and beyond to answer my questions and assist me in anything I needed. I love coming to the Avon store (and I live next to one in Plainfield) but I will always come to Avon!

Blake was awesome. Happily greeted us right as we walked in and efficiently took us through the entire process of upgrading to the new iPhone 15. He made great recommendations and proactively brought us accessories to consider

We had a super pleasant and helpful experience from start to finish. We went in the store to add a line to our current plan and was greater right away on a busy Friday night. Taken care of in a timely manner and they made sure we had no further questions. Told us to call or come in anytime if we did.

Nancy was so helpful ! I’ve been trying to change services and cancel others but couldn’t get any help on the phone or would navigate thru a nightmare of phone prompts only to be put on hold disconnected or sent to wrong person. She helped me with 3 phone calls to get everything done in less than 15 minutes and recommended others changes to save more money.

The store had an odd error code but my sales advisor Katie was simply amazing!! She and the manager were more than accommodating to help me on her next scheduled day in, got my phones and I am very very pleased!!!

I was in the store yesterday and i got the best costumer service ever, the name of the rep was Nicholas. He took the time to explain everything and work with us.

Catherine stays pleasant, efficient, and knowledgable even while the store is filled with people. She was so thurough! Missed nothing. Very fast and does not waste a moment.
