Long's Mattress Avon

We just visited Long’s Mattress in Avon after first visiting a big box store. Let me say, Longs Mattress was way better! I love supporting a local business and the prices on their mattresses were way better priced for what seem to be quality mattresses vs the big box store. The employee was very helpful showing us different mattresses in our budget but then was not pushy at all. (After he showed us he went back to his desk while we discussed. It was nice not to feel like there was a salesman breathing down our necks). We ordered a king size mattress and protector and I can’t wait for it to come! After laying on the mattresses in store I didn’t want to go back home to my old bed haha

The salesman was fantastic. Took the time to explain the process of finding our mattress. He then took about 2 hours with us while we tried all the options. The mattress itself is what we have been needing for years. The delivery men were 10/10. Very helpful, even drilling new holes in our old headboard to line up with our new frame. Quality like this isn't cheap, but I am very satisfied that it was money well spent. I'm so glad I shopped local, these are people who care, and it shows!

We were looking for a new King size mattress set and I know the owners of this company. They have locations all over the central Indiana area and I decided to stop by their Avon location. Corey is the sales person I dealt with and he was very helpful and informative. He explained the display set up and then allowed me to take as much time as I wanted to lay down on as many mattresses I wanted until I found the perfect set and comfort for me. There was absolutely no pressure and I didn't feel like someone was all over me with constant questions. It was the most comfortable experience that I've had and very refreshing to be able to actually take my time to find the perfect mattress feel for my back and support. Make sure Long's is on your list of stores during your selection process and check out their store locations. I am definitely telling my friends and family about them!!

Our salesmen Corey (primary), and Kory were simply phenomenal to work with. More interested in making sure we understood the specifics of a good mattress than in forcing their mattress on us! Further, their delivery team was incredibly upbeat and helpful - in and out in 15 minutes with the existing mattress moved downstairs and the new mattress where it belongs. Our first stop and first recommendation for mattresses from now on!

This was the best experience buying a mattress ever! My salesperson ( not good with names) was not pushy at all. He guided me and allowed me to take my time choosing the best mattress for me.
The pricing for the mattress was phenomenal! And, I am pleased to be supporting a local company. The warranty is superb!
Also, I was very happy with the delivery process as well. The guys delivering were very nice and took care to set up the mattress nicely.

We purchased a new mattress(Bowles) from Long's Mattress a few weeks ago and it was the best furniture buying experience I've ever had.

Corey was very helpful and knowledgeable. He asked questions, and helped us narrow down the mattress we wanted. He wasn't pushy like salespeople from other stores. He never tried to push expensive products. He guided us to the mattress that was best for us in our price range.

Overall 10/10 experience. We'll definitely be back for our next mattress and will likely go to the Long's Furniture store to replace our couch in the next year.

We had a wonderful experience with Long’s mattress of Avon. Knowledgeable sales people and the best delivery service I have dealt with. I received a two hour time window for delivery and received a text an hour before they arrived. They were on time, super efficient and kind. All around great experience!

Delivery was on time; the gentleman were careful and considerate. If you are looking for a mattress locally forget the national chains and go to Long's instead!!

Really great local business! Corey helped me out, he was very patient answering all my questions and helping me through the decision process. He was never pushy about making a sale and I felt very comfortable taking my time to find a great mattress.

Impressive facility and salesman. Listened to my issues and made a suggestion for a replacement mattress. I tried it and liked it enough to buy. While there a couple arrived to buy their 5th mattress and wanted it shipped to Florida. That testimony was perfect timing.

Corey was the only employee present on Black Friday, but he was exceptional with a lot of customers coming in. Love supporting a local company. Delivery was fantastic as well. Courteous, polite and hauled away the old!

After making a mistake and buying a Simmons Beauty Rest mattress and box springs five years ago. The mattress has a 2” dip in the center. They wouldn’t warranty it. We decided to give Longs a try. A+ across the board. Great from the salesperson to the delivery people. The mattress is fantastic. So we just replaced the spare bedroom set. Same great service.

Was an awesome experience from the time I walked in the door of the show room all the through and including delivery. Very good experience from start to finish and excellent people to work with. Went out of their way to work with me on scheduling a good delivery time that worked on my schedule. Couldn't be more pleased!!
