Royal Farms

Placed a large catering order and everything was exceptional!
Christine, the SM went out of her way and personally assisted me with our order. She was extremely helpful and on top of it. The service team was friendly and efficient.
Lots of Hot chicken, fries, sauces, silverware, drinks, etc. Everything came neatly packaged and spill-proof. It was impressive. Lots of smiles and full bellies, which is nice to see during the bustling holiday season.

Went into Royal Farms for some dinner and was greeted by a very positive outgoing worker. I think his name was Josh. Other royal farms would benefit if they had more workers like him! All and all a very enjoyable experience.
Thanks to Josh for great service and a great conversation . A very enjoyable person that took his time with me and never rushed me will be to enjoy more chicken and and will ask for Josh’s help

Jason was so friendly and kind. He was actually running between cars and apologized for me having to wait which was only a few minutes- if that. What a nice guy! I will definitely get gas there again and look for him!

EHT location is 1000% better than the Mayslanding location. When it comes to the Chicken & coffee freshness tried the Mayslanding location and had a horrible experience. The chicken it was over salted I needed to toss the whole thing out and it was a family meal. The Night crew was friendly and answered my questions with no attitude. So I'll give it to the Royal Farms EHT location for being the best. Lastly, compared to wawa price and freshness of the coffee I'll give it Royal Farms. So if you haven't tried Royal Farms I highly recommended them over wawa

Decent place to stop in for a quick bite or drink. I have to say I'm still very loyal to Wawa. But this store is definitely worth stopping in. Keep up the good work five stars all the way sorry about the Wawa comment. LOL

Some of the best chicken I've ever tasted, And Christine and her crew are phenomenal. Truly Recommend For dinner parties and brunch.

Royal farms food is amazing , made my chicken sandwich perfect , the employee Michelle did an amazing job . She was super friendly and accommodating, she helped me with the computer and made my chicken sandwich! This is the kind of employee more stores should have! She’s amazing! She was very attentive and helpful to me and other customers as well! She stopped what she was doing to help whenever a customer was in need… she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back

Food is always tasty and fresh. Staff is friendly. And their spicy chicken salad is to die for.

I don’t understand why the ratings are as low as they are, but my personal experience at Royal Farms was pleasant. The service was fast, food was warm and tasted INSANELY GOOD, there is even a self checkout for god sake. I had no problems with the employees. This store is something one of a kind, and it’s sad to see that there are poor reviews about It. Give It a second chance, I went there MULTIPLE TIMES and had no problems, so everyone else should try and do the same.

Ignore the poor reviews because it seems they have never opened a food location. When you have zero way to anticipate how big the crowd your new establishment will draw you do your best to anticipate sometimes you cant. Yes the donuts were empty, since they dont make them I'd imagine they idk sold out or didnt get a delivery? Happens all the time at wawa. The fried chicken is comparable to kfc like ten years ago when the restuarant still tried. I was told I'd have a 45 min wait for chicken took 20 mins and given how friendly the employees were dispite the massive crowd it was just a nice refresher from the numerous unhappy employees I've come across at wawa. The chicken was great, as most newly opened stores, give it a month for it to calm down to regular speed if you are going to ding an establishment for being busy and selling out of popular items. I thought the experience was great they could add more kiosks for when it does slow people arent waiting on top of each other. The selfscan/checkout options I get, self service for people who just want to scan and go people who need tobacco are still able to be assisted with a real person. Overall awesome, employees were awesome food was awesome and judging by how happy everyone seemed the moment they were handed over a bag of fresh cooked chicken I'd say this is a solid alternative to the normal wawa run.

Coffee presently 1 dollar any size. Good coffee. Rainforest alliance certified. Chicken, was absolutely fantastic as were the fries in their box. Not greasy at all. Service with smiles everywhere. Very clean, welcoming environment. Giant chicken out front. Gas prices were comparable to the other stations around. Plenty of free parking.

Why 5 stars ? Although the prices on the chicken required a second mortgage and the Krispy Kreme case was barren the chicken itself was fantastic and I like the self checkout. In all fairness with to the Krispy Kreme donuts,that case is literally the only one in a 30 mile radius.Word of mouth created a buzz for this chicken.They clearly were overwhelmed and to me the staff did the best they could with a hungry crowd of chicken lovers. The long wait was not the fault of the folks working but the equipment could not pump out enough chicken and the gentlemen behind the counter apologized for the wait. I waited 45 minutes ,but then again i went at 4 in the afternoon when folks are getting done work . Everyone that knows that area is aware of how congested it gets that time of day. Will I go back ? Absolutely but will be mindful to stay away from the busy times but will stalk out that Krispy Kreme case like a rock star groupie to get my dozen donuts.

Great service. Amazing food. A little pricey but worth it when it's fresh out

The food at this place is so ridiculously good, during the opening week it was well worth the wait. Plus the prices are insane!! They're really giving Wawa a run for their money!! Now that things have settled (I was going almost every day instead of to Wawa!) the wait is only minutes at most, and they're keeping stock of the things I love most (Krispy Kreme donuts) with no issue. The staff are friendly and helpful, and you can tell they're doing their best to get things out in a timely manner. They're all right across the counter; you would be able to see if they were slacking!!

The naysayers on here have probably never been to a grand opening before. This Royal Farms and it's employees killed it even though you could tell they weren't expecting such a large crowd! I'd give them a 10 out of 5 if I could!

The chicken is pretty good and the employee's are generally nice. That's all I ask for

For all you knuckle heads who cry about the wait, how staff is "rude", and how this place is so terrible, go back to WaWa and enjoy your prepackaged, processed slices of garbage called lunch meat and your watered down disgusting coffee. Let the people who love this place enjoy it with less crybabies in line. Place just opened, they are busy af, and they are crushing it. This place is awesome! Thank God you guys opened up, it's been a long time since something delicious happened.

Awesome staff first time there didn't know what to try a staff member told me about the great 10 piece deal

The chicken is simply incredible, its definitely the best in the area. Their rofo chips and teas and sodas are all really good as well. One of my favorite places to eat from!
