The manager, Ryan, was super kind and helpful when I came in with a nail stuck in my tire. When I told him I wasn’t able to bring the car in until later, he offered up a time that allowed me to come in right after my shift. Very warm and friendly from the manager to the mechanics. Fixed my tire without any issues! I highly recommend this location for anyone

Saw them handle more than a view customers today, including myself! They're very nice and professional. I was impressed at how attentive they are as well. They're very mindful of everyone in the lobby waiting on their car and are determined to give the very best service as fast as possible!

I woke up to a flat tire; it looked like someone stabbed the sidewall. I was scrambling to find a place to get a new tire, as I only have one car and heavily rely on it for my day-to-day! My husband called here, and the guys at the shop were friendly and helpful; they had my tire in stock and said we were good to come in the same day! My new tire was set up in about an hour, and the worries were put to ease. Thanks again for getting me back on the road so quickly and efficiently! :-)

Ryan and his team provide great service. No long waits for an appointment for regular maintenance and the prices are fair. When my battery suddenly died, I came in 10 minutes before they closed and they popped in a new battery and it was all good!

I cannot thank Danny and Mavis tire enough. They were so gracious and generous with me and worked with me to make sure that my car pass inspection and to keep me and my kids safe. I can’t recommend this placement more and I will be going there anytime I need anything in the future.

I called last week and set up an appointment today to have an estimate done on fixing my exhaust system. Well first I missed my appointment thinking I was going into labor, they allowed me to come in just off of a whim. So I was able to get the estimate which was a great price. I wasn't sure when I could get the car fixed though (I'm having my baby in 3 days) so I'm BUSY (an understatement). The staff was very understanding and just told me come back in when I was ready. I just called back a few hours later and they worked with me to be able to bring my car in today so that I can get it fixed before my surgery to have my son. So freaking awesome!!! I'm very appreciative and happy they could do the service for me on such a short notice, so I have a safe vehicle to bring my baby home in this weekend!!! Thank you guys so much. I will definitely get my work done here and I highly recommend this place to other people! The staff was all very friendly, polite, and informative. And they didn't try to scam me into getting a bunch of unnecessary work done. Great place. Thanks again guys! 🙏💕

I had to get my exhaust fixed. The owner answered to phone pleasantly and I immediately felt happy.he was able to get me in and get to work right away. Roughly 2 1/2 hours to fix my exhaust, great time! The mechanic did an awesome job fixing the issue. Will definitely be going back. Thank you guys for being awesome!! Stay happy and healthy.

Had a tire that was losing air, took to Monro, no appointment, found screw in tire near sidewall mounted temporay spare said would have new tire next day. In & out in 20mins.
When tire came in Ryan called, brought car over that afternoon
again in & out in 20mins with new tire at great price.

Been going here since I moved to Hanover and this place has always been good to me and worked with me. They’re as honest as they come. If they can’t fix it they won’t charge you pretending like they can. My husband and I was there a few days ago with multiple things wrong and they looked it over and had to send us to the dealership. Those are some good people down there. Highly recommend!

Had both our vehicle inspections completed at the Kuhn Drive location in Hanover upon relocating here in PA. Great customer service on the desk and from the mechanics on the shop floor! Very well run, knowledgeable and experienced, and truly honest taking the time to show and explain issues found. Very fair prices; probably the best shop I have been to in 10 years and best my truck has handled in 10 years! Highly recommend and surely will be back in the future.
