Excellent! Communication was great, even offering tips on where we needed to head in an airport that was new to us. The car was clean and did great on Breckenridge snow covered roads and hills. Denver 4x4 mile high car rental is BY FAR the best car rental experience I have ever had in 30+ yrs of traveling. Not only is it a curb to curb, which is the one of the many GREAT benefits, the vehicle was awesome, only way to make it happen for our group. The fact it’s 4 wheel drive is a piece of mind this time of year as well. I will admit that I was skeptical of a company that said they good deliver on a product that seemed too good to be true, the beat every expectation I had! Can’t wait to work with them again!

I received some of the best customer service of my life from Mile High Car rental. . . One of the owners, Nathan, was very attentive and caring. They bring the car to the airport and you can drop it off there, so you don't have to take a transfer or spend extra time in traffic. They really want your car rental experience to be flawless. Since I didn't know much about car rental in a snowy mountain area, he helped me choose one and got me the best car. I had 5 teenagers with me. So the car was strong and safe. Thank you very much for

Amazing experience! We had a huge snow storm and this jeep 4x4 got us safety off the mountain with the help of chains. Extremely reliable and communication with the company was excellent. The process of picking up the vehicle at the airport was wonderful and convenient.

Wow, what a smooth experience with Mile High. Rented a huge Yukon XL with roof box and it fit our six friends for the ski trip, easily and comfortably. I don’t always trust the big car rental companies to deliver what was promised which is why I searched out and found Mile High rentals. I could not have been more satisfied. Took the stress away. This was a great rental for six people and their bags. The pickup and drop off process was super easy and convenient at the airport. I would recommend Mile High Rentals for an area like Colorado. Other rental cars companies have limited 4WD and they are not big.

This was the best vehicle rental experience I have ever had. This is the only company in the Denver area that guarantees 4WD or AWD. Picking up and dropping off the rental in the airport parking garage saves at least an hour of not taking the bus to and from the rental car agency. All paperwork was accomplished in advance. This was the best service I could ask for in Denver. Guaranteed a 4wd with adequate space for the whole group. The option for having tire chains was excellent and a must if going into the mountains during winter time. Convenient pick up and drop off made everything a breeze. Easy communication and would definitely use the service again for the next Colorado trip.

Absolutely the easiest reservation to make! The staff was communicative, process was stress free, personable, and staff was available 24/7. We loved the van we rented and it was worth every penny. My family recently rented a large van from Mile High for a ski trip to the mountains. I can't say enough about how happy we were with everything about the experience from start to finish! I will never rent from anyone else when coming to Denver!!

Excellent communication and very convenient to pick up from airport. Vehicle was new and in good condition. If you are going to be in Colorado, do yourself a favor and skip the national rent-a-car chains and book from them instead.

I wish every airport had this service! I rented a minivan (Chrysler Pacifica) through Mile High Car Rental and it saved my family hours at DEN airport. The car was waiting for us at the parking garage closest to our baggage claim (keep in mind customers have to pay the $30 parking fee to exit the lot). We were traveling with an infant so this meant we didn't have to lug baby stuff through the airport and on the shuttle to the rental agencies. The car was in great condition and it was probably the highest trim level (it had a heated steering wheel so I'm assuming it was a high trim level). Returning the car was also simple, but it did take us longer than expected to find a parking spot in the garage (but still quicker than going through standard car return process and taking the shuttle back to the terminals). Communication was easy and prompt, and Nathan gave us helpful directions on navigating inside and outside the airport. Definitely worth the extra money over the chain rental companies. It'll save you time and stress!
