Mimi's Cafe

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Mimi's Cafe in Colorado Springs yesterday. Since it is only 10 minutes away from USAFA, my husband and I took our daughter, who attends the Academy, for a brunch. The food was not only delicious but also felt like it was made with a lot of love and care. The server, and likely the manager, was incredibly polite and attentive. The cozy atmosphere and spotless cleanliness of the place were much appreciated. We'll definitely be returning. Thank you, Mimi's!

Alexandria was a great server!! She handled herself with great professionalism and did a fantastic job keeping our drinks filled and getting our meals out of the kitchen straight away. We ordered the three course meal for $30 each and were not disappointed!! Exceptional quality and great portion size. My compliments to the chef!! Very nice place to enjoy a meal. A great value for your money as well. Will definitely be going back here next time we are in the Springs!!

Food was delicious! Came for breakfast and the variety they offered was just what we wanted. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Will be back!

We came for dinner where Mimi's I believe, is known more for their breakfast. Atmosphere was actually pretty cool. Fire place was going, all the stuff on the walls. Our waitress was great! Super friendly to my 10 year old son. Didn't just treat him like a kid, but a person. Wasn't our first choice this evening? But it may be in the future now that we have been here for dinner. Great food, quiet night out for my family.

My Experience was Amazing!! The Food made me feel like being at a Family Reunion!! And our Waitress Mica was just a Pleasant Surprise! Like a Breath of Fresh Air! She was very polite and the attentive! Thank you for such a wonderful experience

We had a wonderful lunch. Dhamar was such a great server. Great customer service and we would want to be put in her section on our next visit to your restaurant. A great server adds so much to the the dining experience

Staff was super helpful and kind. My server Kelsey was super easy to work with and was clear on menu options. Food came quick and was hot. Would recommend bringing a jacket cause it does get a cold around this time but otherwise a super comfortable environment

We always eat here when we get to the Springs. Good food and service. Today our server was Mika. She did a great job, even though she had numerous tables. Turkey dinner is great. Great mashed potatoes and green bean. Breakfast are wonderful! Reopen in Northern Colorado please!

Mimi’s Café is a must-visit! Their menu is extensive and consistently delicious. The food quality is excellent, and the servers are outstanding. Kee, in particular, stands out as one of my favorites. Her exceptional service always guarantees a delightful dining experience. If you're seeking a wonderful meal, don't hesitate to visit!

We had the best breakfast and absolute BEST service. Mike is awesome and so much fun! 11/10 recommend for anyone looking for a good time and great food. Thank you for the great experience, Mike!!

Our waiter was Julian, and this experience was top-notch his ability to give recommendations, and his knowledge of the menu was superb. I would add pictures of the food but not a drop was left and every bite was savored. Highly recommend for get together where you want to chat and relax as the noise was just a murmur and the staff and food top notch. I almost hesitate to tell you about this gem in Colorado Springs because I don’t want to have a long wait. Enjoy💜

Was so excited to visit the last remaining Colorado restaurant from Denver (I'm an avid Mimi's fan and used to visit CA locations and the Flatirons/Aurora spots often years ago) and introduce my son to Mimis for his birthday. We stopped in this morning after a night at Great Wolf, were seated promptly at a nice booth and lucky enough to meet the best server we've ever had - Mario! We were blown away, he was so funny, kind, personable and was just absolutely amazing. Such a gem and we loved him so much! He was kind enough to bring the birthday boy a beautiful delicious treat, a fancy glass and made him feel so special! My son wants us to drive from Denver soon just to see Mario again! Also the benedicts, kids breakfast, strawberry lemonade and mimosas were amazing. Everything was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better morning. Thank you Mario and Mimis!

Joined about 30 friends for an early Thanksgiving dinner at this restaurant. We'd preordered meals and the food was warm and tasty, served quickly by Julian and Fritz, and without error. We enjoyed the banter with the servers and generally had a good time. Management was very helpful and assisted in choosing a nice variety of meals. Great spot for a party!

We loving coming here when we have our days off together. We love the baked Brie and cinnamon roll. We switch up our breakfast meal. Ki Ki is our favorite. We always try to sit with her. She always kills it.

I love coming to Mimi's cafe and the service given by Ki Ki Kim is unmatchable. Your drinks will never go empty and you will receive great service. Ask for Ki Ki is she is working and available. :) She is one of the greatest servers I have ever had. The atmosphere of the restaurant is so relaxing and the food is delicious. Mimi's is like a home away from home and they have so many choices. One of my favorite restaurants in Colorado Springs.

April was our wonderful server today at Mimi’s. She was personable and efficient and juggled a lot of extra details with our orders. We all ordered something we hadn’t tried there before and were wonderfully surprised by how tasty everything was. Special thanks to April for all her hard work and pleasant personality in making our lunch a cozy experience.

First time visiting a Mimi's Cafe. The ambiance is amazing. Country French vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive. I got the burger. It was amazing. Cooked to a medium, the way I like it. My wife got the pot roast. It was delicious! Definitely French preparation. Deep, rich burgundy flavor. For a chain, I was pleasantly surprised. We'll definitely be back.

Came back again for breakfast. Excellent still 5 stars. Food was great, commendable service for being short staffed. And you get your money’s worth versus Cowboy Star (don’t go there unless you want over charged steak and instant potatoes). Sorry no photos I cleaned the plate. We will return and Robert was a great server.

The food was delicious! Loved the Mimosa selection (priced right). We had Ham and Swiss Crepes (prepared perfectly) with perfectly cooked and seasoned potatoes, Warm flaky Croissants and Brown Sugar Oatmeal with a side of fresh fruit. Clay was a delightful server, he knew what we needed. when we needed it. Very professional yet friendly. I definitely recommend this place and will re-visit again when in town.
