Brought in my husband's Stetson that had an unfortunate accident - the equivalent of a horse hoof mashing it in the dirt. The ladies here got it cleaned up and re-shaped in less than 15 minutes. Super friendly and just all around great service. I highly recommend if you have any needs in the western apparel category!

This place was awesome! The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I was shopping for alligator boots for my son's Christmas and was not disappointed by the selection or the prices. I was able to find him the perfect pair that fit him and it was on sale! This place sold everything and I plan on visiting and spending more money in the future for myself. If you want the best then this is the place to go for western wear hands down! Thank you so much for such a great experience!

Staff was courteous and most helpful finding my size. Enjoyed the atmosphere and personnel. They had just what I wanted.

So, my brother and I got a gift card to BCWS and my clown for a brother forgot his, mind you we live over an hour away. We were helped by Mrs. Melba and she understanding and took care of us. I haven’t actually bought any products from this Hidden Treasure Western Store, HOWEVER, I did Visit and though I’m no expert on Western Products, I SAW A FEW PRODUCTS THAT I REALLY REALLY LIKED FOR MYSELF AND FOR GIFTS THAT I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE FROM HERE THAT ARE MADE WITH QUALITY AND GEREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP, AND SOME VERY INTERESTING PRODUCTS AS WELL, I DO PLAN ON RETURNING TO PURCHASE SOME ITEMS FROM HERE.

I haven't ever had a reason or need to go here till recently. I didn't know what to expect. Overall I had a pretty good experience. The staff was welcoming and very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and the quality is there. I have a wide foot with high arches and the employee was patient with me trying several pairs.

Absolutely love bear creek. They are my go too for so many things. Highly recommend this store. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Just bought another pair of boots from them this past weekend!

Went to Bear Creek over 25 years ago and I am back in Louisiana and near there now I will definitely be going back soon even though I am not in the Rodeo circuit anymore I will still go get my pet needs (had the BEST Steak dinner in the South I miss those days) . Mr. Fred was one of the best salesman back then they knew what I always wanted and needed and would send me it if I couldn't get there. Very clean store well stocked of everything western and more. Good selections of clothing, boots hats, horse tack anything you can thing of dealing with the western style. Staff was very friendly and helpful also.

Nice friendly staff! Only store that sells my husband's size boots. They also have FRs so it's a great store to shop at for work clothes I just wish they carried my size in FR shirts.. we would have spent more time and money..
