AT&T Store

I was in the AT&T store in Amite on June 5 and I dreaded going. I thought that the wait was going to be unbearable and when it was my turn they wouldn’t be able to help me and I would have to drive to Hammond, boy, was I wrong. The young man by the name of Christian was out standing. Problem solve in 3-5 minutes. Not only did he solve my problem, he show me how to do so my self. His attitude was positive and pleasant. Outstanding young man. American might be in good hands after all, with young men like Christian.

I vistwdthe Amite store Saturday and I meet the nice , sweetest , and most professional lady named MJ-Mitavia Jackson. She's the best I love working with her.

Mrs. Lamonica Seals done a fantastic job. She was very respectful and she helped us right away. She fixed my husband phone within minutes. 😍

It was busy when we went in. Buffie went above and beyond. Multitasking like I've never seen before. She helped get our accounts adjusted for our business and personal, all while assisting 3 other customers without missing a beat! She made the entire experience a pleasure. Fast friendly and very accommodating.

The associate who assisted me did an awesome job setting up everything for me. when I walked in there I was a nervous wreck because I don't know anything about phones, when I left she had me hooked up. Sorry don't remember her name but she did a great job.

Everyone was very nice, Buffie D was very nice and polite and professional.Listen when I was explaining what my issues were and fix my problems. Wait time was less than 5 minutes before I was help. The other associates spoke to me when I enter the store. Buffie 5 Stars for you. 😎

The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Not only were the knowledgeable about the products, the three staff members spent a lot of time helping me get my new phone set up with emails, messages, and contacts crosses over from Android to Apple. Despite having my 6 yr old son with me, I didn't feel rushed out the door. I'm not particularly tech savvy, so I was very thankful for the help I received.

I had the privilege of having the same team as the last time which was Shaquille and the two girls with him. At the amite LA store. They are truly humble and personable people who actually care and it shows in their performance. I am a very honest person who also runs a business and to do business with those type of relatable caring people who are servants is a breath of fresh air! I hope this message finds its way to some of the leaders in the company. So Shaquil and his teams example can be duplicated in other offices.! I did not know those 3 people until I first walked into the office 2 weeks ago. They made it enjoyable and somewhat looked forward to going into the office for the second time. Shakeil at the Amite store is amazing. He is positive and works with excellence. Even when working alone in the store he is able to take care of each customer’s needs quickly and efficiently.
