I had the most amazing experience in this store. Everyone was so kind & helped me find the perfect outfit for my upcoming Taylor Swift show. Shoutout to Shannon, Dani and Carter for being so great!

Best Hey Dudes shoe selection in Green Bay is my opinion :) Taya was my sales associate, she was very helpful, she went over and above to find the shoes that I wanted. I might of over did it..I should be good for while ;)

Kali was wonderful! She helped my daughter find a great fitting pair of jeans and then helped us order a pair for me that wasn't even in their store yet. Always a great experience with the staff at the Buckle! ❤

We found the perfect jeans for my husband on visit to GB, and came back for more. We had great personal attention and the employees ran all over the store to grab us different styles and sizes of shirts and pants. They were not pushy but very accommodating.

Over all it was a wonderful place to play dress up with my husband.

Crowded for the holiday but orderly check out and extremely friendly staff! Willing to help you find what you need. Every employee I met despite the crowd had high energy and seemed to really like their job or the customers or both! I will shop there again for nieces, daughter's, etc!!

I had the best experience ever today! The whole team was so friendly, helpful, and kind. I was trying to find a belt that fit and they went out of their way to punch an extra hole in it for me to make it fit. Each of them were so kind and I’m so grateful for the experience! I’m going to come here every time I’m in town!

My wife and I love this buckle store in particular for one big reason the sales associate Lizzie she is amazing and super helpful! My wife and I have always struggle to find clothes until we met Lizzie she always helps us every time we come in! She always manages to make us feel comfortable and make great suggestions and recommendations! We shop this store just to have her assistance! If you need help and aren't good with fashion she'll point in the right direction and make you feel like a million bucks when your done!

Madison helped me find what I was searching for and came back to the dressing room and provided additional sizes. Clothing is wellade and was reasonably priced. I received a sharp throw for spending over 100 dollars so that was an added bonus

Wonderful polite sales team. They are always quick to great you as you come in. even when they are busy they make sure every guest is helped and acknowledged.

Salesperson Hannah was exceptionally helpful. I had nought a pair of jeans online and were too long and big and went to return them. She went out of her way to find me a different pair that fit.

Great staff only went for jeans a t shirt and sunglasses left with 2 pairs of jeans and a nice polo I didn't even see very satisfied with how far they go to help a customer I don't think I picked out one thing myself besides the glasses.

UPDATE 11/27/18: Contacted customer service on the Buckle website, and was surprised and pleased to hear this gift card policy is no longer in effect. They put the funds back on the card, and were very nice about it. Thank you Buckle!

Still stuck in the old days with devious gift card policy.

Got a gift card about 3 years ago for someone's birthday who didn't end up using it, and they recently returned it back to me. Was for 50 dollars originally, yet in this relatively short amount of time, it's almost down to half of that value, due to your policy of taking money off the gift card after 24 months of no use. Only noticed this after checking the balance and wondering why it was so low (32.00 as of the time of this writing).

I understand this used to be more commonplace with companies, but in today's day in age it is incredibly rare. I've even bought prepaid gift cards from credit card companies that don't take off money or have expiration dates anymore. In todays world, you should get rid of this sneaky policy, and catch up with nearly every other company out there. Or at the very least, put it in big bold letters on the back, instead of fine prine. This policy certainly won't win you over any new customers, and it appears you just lost one in me.

Extremely disappointed in this company, as I lost almost 50% of the money I originally put on the card. And again, this is only 3 years after I got the gift card. It's not like it's been 20 years. Don't see any reason to even browse the store at my local mall anymore if you continue to have outdated, unpopular, and devious policies like this.

For comparison, my local mall (Bay Park Square in Green Bay, Wisconsin) has an American Eagle store near yours. I found an old gift card of theirs that I personally got as a gift last year. Was freaked out because I thought maybe they had a similar policy on their gift cards. Turns out no, gift cards retain their balance if not used, never expire, and don't have any fees. Could have accidentally forgotten about this gift card for 10 years and it still would've been fine.

I would appreciate if there's any way to get my balance back to the original 50, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

I am LOVE the Buckle! A little on the expensive side but you are certainly getting quality clothing. Very classy. And they have some adorable jeans!

As a rule to life, you get what you pay for. Buckle is expensive comparatively however the quality is amazing. Great styles and friendly service. Consider buying just one article of clothing from here and you wont regret it!

Walked into the buckle at the endnof a long day of christmas shopping. Thankfully Bree (Breigh, spelling?) was there and hellped my wife and I pick out something we are excited for our 14 year old daughter to open her gift. Thank you Bree for your concern and patience in helping us find the perfect gift.
