Katelynn and Destiny are EXCEPTIONAL!!! They honestly gave the warmest welcome from any business I have ever been. They were informative, helpful, funny and friendly and we were able to come in and instantly get what we were hoping for. I will always, always come to Aaron's from now on!!! And if they don't have what you are looking for in store, they have an online selection. They offer delivery AND set up! I am a truly satisfied customer and have no complaints.

Huge thanks to Anthony and Abraham! (I hope I spelled his name correctly) Anthony was very patient with me and help me to understand some policies I was unsure of. His customer service is unmatched. Abraham delivered my stuff, setup quick and even explained some things to me about my TV. If you want great service with smart and friendly people, this Aaron’s is the place to go! Thank you Anthony! I recently had the most incredible customer service experience at Aaron's, recently encountered some financial trouble and had to return my items (mentioned above). I did however reach the point to where I could get the items back and I cannot express my gratitude enough to the amazing staff members, Abraham and Anthony. These two individuals truly went above and beyond to ensure that I received outstanding assistance and support throughout my entire visit.

From the moment I stepped foot into the store, I was immediately greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. Abraham and Anthony not only displayed exceptional product knowledge, but they also took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences. Their dedication to providing personalized service was evident from the start.

One aspect that truly stood out was their flexibility and accommodation of my busy schedule. They worked around my availability, ensuring that I was able to find the perfect items without feeling rushed. I love their selection of living room sets and washers and dryers. They work with you if you can't afford things and no credit checks. If you can't pay you can return it and then pick up where you left off later on. Great place. Decent customer service. Speedy delivery and set-up. They treat us like family and always remember our names when we come in. We've gotten a nice washer dryer set, a sectional, and a bed from them that we paid off and kept. We've also gotten other furniture like a bed frame that we ended up returning and it was always hassle free to return.

They have been simply amazing at helping us find exactly what we are wanting/looking for. And have even found what it is at another location and still had it delivered the same day. Plus are sincere in trying to keep your wants and needs in mind. Not pushy like other locations I've dealt with. And are super friendly, professional and courteous. Plus willing to extend payments if needed.

I went in for a washer & dryer . The gentlemen was so friendly , and very knowledgeable . I’ve been to multiple furniture stores & I have never received such amazing costumer service .!! Mr Abraham showed me the best items I could get at great prices . I am very pleased with his service I will defeantly be back again . I highly recommend this location & Mr Abraham as your friendly furniture guide for all your wants & needs (:

The whole staff is awesome. We got a bed and it wasn't comfortable so we contacted Joseph and he said no problem come down and find something else. We went back down and Destany helped us find a better mattress. Great people!

Just went in to buy a sectional. Awesome selection. The staff was amazing! It’s was a super quick and an enjoyable experience! Destany was so sweet and even offered to help with my little ones when I called and asked if it’s be a problem if I brought them. (That’s RARE!) Then when it came to delivery time, they initially weren’t able to deliver for a few days. We needed the couch ASAP because we just moved and don’t have one. Destany and the GM Jacob worked super hard to get me a quicker delivery date (NEXT DAY!!!)
If you are looking for anything from couches to TVs this is the place to go! Ask for Jacob or Destany, they will definitely get you hooked up! I Will be back soon for a new bed for sure !

Update: Decided to give them one more try. Found a beautiful couch set with sofa sleeper on black Friday. Ordered it online, had a call from them within the week for delivery. I wouldn't get off of work until after 6pm, they worked with me and delivered at the latest time they could. The delivery guys were courteous and great. The manager who came with them was great as well and helped a lot. The manager also helped me a few months ago when I lost my job, he helped take care of a month so i could get back on my feet. Aarons has restored my faith in the company.

My tv fell down when I wasn’t home. No one was home at the time. I only had the tv for a week or two. I called immediately to let them know what had happpend. They told me they would not fix it but would find out information on getting it fixed. I had to talk to three people just to tell them it was broken because every time I called and they looked up the account, it was never noted. Now I have a brand new broken tv that cost me $100 per month for 2 years that I can’t use and can’t find anyone to fix. Aaron’s is horrible at customer service. I came to Aaron’s from Rent a Center (colortyme) because of its prices. I’ve been with Aaron’s for a very long time, probably since 2003, I will never lease there again! Next time just save the trouble and go somewhere else, they know nothing of customer service and putting the customer first.

We had to rent a fridge while oues was being fixed. Abraham was very helpful and the delivery went without a hitch.

I really love there new Sales manger and there assistance Manger they found out what exactly what you need or at lease find it for you. 4years ago I'm not sure what that was about but aaron's is pretty asome.

GM HAS TURNED AROUND THAT STORE AND IS GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION, ( HE IS AN EAGLES FAN BUT WHATEVER, WE CAN LET THAT SLIDE!!) GOOD JOB JACOB AND TEAM ALAMO!!!!!
