We found what we needed very fast and received superb customer service from the store associate Samuel. He knew exactly what he was doing and answer questions we had about a set of binoculars. Very pleased with the experience here!

My salesperson (Kayla) was incredibly helpful. I bought a bicycle and left the store with the bike tuned up and ready to ride.
It's been a while since I've ridden a bike and Kayla had wonderful advice and answered all my questions. Great customer service and I'm really glad I came into the store today. :-)

The staff at this store always ask if I need help and then artfully waive off of I don't. This is another business where out of the six times I went there, three times there was virtually no chance they'd have what I needed, but, they indeed did carry what I was seeking including small carribeners and male head bands. Prices are almost always reasonable and I have always felt glad I went there. Now it may be different if a problem arises, but when staff members stay calm and positive, since that's my default state as well I think we would be fine then too.

Got a great deal on a pair of Nike shoes today! I found the same pair online at another store a few dollars less and they matched it.

Came here looking for something pretty specific and they had it. Staff was friendly and helpful, we were able to find what we needed on our own but several people stopped and asked if we needed any assistance. Checkout was easy, they only asked if we wanted a protection plan and thatwas it. Easy in and out experience.

Great selection and helpful staff. The prices were a bit high, but many items were on sale or clearance, which helped our overall bottom line. Their baseball selection looked picked over, but they had many softball items in stock.

Went in to purchase a kayak, roof rack, paddle, and all other necessary accessories. Before we even got to the boating section of the store, there were tons of employees offering their help. This is important to me in a sporting or camping goods store because I usually have a lot of questions about similar products and stuff. The store was also really neat and clean, which I like; sometimes when I go to Dunham's I'm turned off by the disorganization and poor representation of products.

Anyway, everyone was really knowledgeable and willing to let me try out every single kayak in the store. They had some great boats, and right before I had been at REI which had a disappointing in-store selection. Dick's employees helped me assemble the roof rack and sent me home safe and happy, at a super reasonable price considering I am on a student budget.

Can't wait to go back for some kayak accessories and fishing gear; they've got some really high quality stuff! Thanks Dick's!

Staff at Ann Arbor are extremely nice and professional. The store is always well stocked with new products and great clearance finds as well.

Store was very clean and organized. You have to wear a mask inside there is a greeter at the door making sure everyone is wearing one as you enter. Cashier was friendly

The staff are lovely! A gentleman at the store spend ~15 mins to find the exact piece of swimwear I was looking for. The cashier was very warm and polite as well.

Just had to take the time to thank Brendon in the Golf Dept. I brought My 12 year old son in to buy new clubs and Brendon really made the experience awesome. He really has a cool style. Thanks !!!!!! We totally bought the right clubs for him and later that day he was out killing the ball.

Wow, was a fantastic selection of sports goods. Plus, a very helpful staff. Jeff, in the bicycle department was absolutely a great person. Very helpful and knowledgeable representative.
