Always has been my go too chain designer department store. Great variety of designer clothing for men and women. They also have the best selection of shoes. I highly recommend this business.

Happy rememberable, 🥰 shopping day, sales lady😇, ran after me to give me a reduction😊 on a pair of shoes that I had previously walked away 😬from. (Employees five stars alone, 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗Ann Arbor location.). Hopefully they will bring a new Nordstrom‘s Rack to the Wick road and I -94 Shopping Center soon to metro Airport Romulus …lots of new mystery stores coming🫥😁 ..Would love to be closer to my happy place.

The experience I had at Nordstrom rack the other day seriously restored my faith in humanity. I was coming in looking for something specific and mind you I absolutely do not enjoy shopping, being the indecisive person I am, I knew I was going to need some help. I also don’t typically leave reviews either but this one experience was seriously just the best I’ve received in a very long time. I came across this beautiful, charming, caring soul. Her name is Yolanda. Ms. Yolanda went absolutely above and beyond to satisfy my needs in every way. She took the time to really understand what it was I was looking for and most importantly what I felt most comfortable in. She showed me so many different options as well as pairing these options into complete outfits. I mean absolutely incredible. Coming in I was just expecting to get in and get out but when I came across Yolanda she actually made me want to shop and take the time to see what fits me best. She brought a couple options to the dressing room and uplifted my confidence as well as gave me advice of a lifetime. She has such a wonderful spirit and you can see it all in her demeanor. She really cares to help those around her to make sure they feel comfortable and satisfied with their visit. I will never forget this experience, I am so grateful to have come across this wonderful soul. Next time you go into Nordstrom’s rack be sure to ask for Yolanda! You will not be disappointed one bit. Thank you again Yolanda for the wonderful customer service you gifted me with. I cannot wait to reunite again!

I shop at this location often, Caroline was awesome she helped me with my Nordstrom card and made the process easier. Caroline's customer service was wonderful! Theo and Kiyah are also great and every time i visit this location they always greet you with a smile and try to go above and beyond to meet your needs! also had one interaction with the store manager Jessica and she was also very wonderful as well! thanks Nordstrom Team in Ann Arbor! -Ari

Awesome place to buy clothes they surprisingly had name brand stuff here which was a plus. I got Levi's here.

I was looking for a jacket and pants, to wear to my daughter's wedding. I found some amazing choices, but settled on something that was truly a head turner at a great price. Even some women ahead of me when I'm line commented enthusiastically about my choice. I only hope I find upstage NY future son-in-law!

Extremely clean, organized and well kept. Management here is doing things RIGHT. Fitting rooms and bathrooms are always well taken care of as well. Night and day compared to the Novi location, will go out of my way just to come here. Miss the high end designer sections however.

Whole family loves this Nordstrom Rack location in particular, they have the best selection of MAC products. From one artist to another save a few bucks on buying your products and come here for them.

Nice selection of shoes and great service! The beautiful young lady over the fitting room, on 6/7/17 at approximately 5:30 p.m., was so helpful!! She helped me carry my numerous items into the fitting room. Also, the cashier was nice as well!! I didn't get the young man's name, but I'm sure it's on my account. It's so nice & refreshing to encounter young people that are genuinely nice!!

What is not to love about great stuff at a discount price? Granted discount is relative, but when designer items are normally 250 in the store and you can pick them up for half that I'm game.

The selection is fluid so you should frequent often for all the best deals. I've never been impressed with the kids department, it's small not much to choose from. Shoes oh there are shoes! Jewelry and accessories dept is small, but again stock is fluid.

Definately worth the stop if you want to pick up some nice designer items at a good price.

Awesome store. I'm always able to find something here. It's especially hard for me, because my shoe size is rather large, so I either can't find my size, or they're super expensive. I walked out of here with some pretty nice leather 3/4 height boots, and a few pairs of winter socks for literally nothing! Very affordable, and a very nice selection.

I love going to The Rack!!! It can be very hit or miss but if you have time to dig through whatever you're looking for you can end up with some pretty good deals for the whole family!!! I really enjoy their children's shoe section....they have nicer name brand shoes for cheaper than even going to Kohl's....and they usually have a pretty good selection!!!

Following COVID-19 guidelines 6ft apart. Sanitation station at the front of store, checkout counter and various locations in store. Discounted prices with the designer name.. Reasonable, clean and clutter free...Signs above each area. Never crowed, checkout lines are organized and directed towards the back of store. Cashiers are always fast and helpful with services, with the right prices....
