They installed a new AC unit. Jeff and his partner did a excellent job. Very professional, was on time and then showed me how to use the new thermostat. I highly recommend him and his company. I have recommended him to my neighbor and several friends and even my brother. They have all used his services and were pleased.

Our business has been using Alpha for several months. We are a high volume event center with multiple units which means lots of things that can break down! Alpha has been very quick to respond to our service needs and handles the problems quickly and professionally. I like their easy to use billing system as well.

My brother in law and family moved to Texas from Idaho. Purchased a home that they liked in East Texas. A month later, the a/c quit working. I had had Alpha come get my a/c up and running when I lived in Houston, so I called to see if they serviced anything outside of Houston area. Mind you, it's about 3 hours away from Alvin. Not only did they come out and install the unit, they picked it up and they did it next day. That is great customer service in my book. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone, and they'll have my family's business from now on.

My AC stopped working and I called and spoke to Jeff who made it to my home very quickly to address the issue. The response time is amazing! The customer service is excellent and the prices are impressive.

Alpha mechanical exudes excellence! I have had the opportunity to work with Alpha mechanical several times on a variety of applications and each and every time the service was outstanding. They are professional, well organized, on time and complete the work with the utmost care and respect of the consumer in mind.

This summer was coming on. I noticed my AC wasn’t shutting off after a few minutes of running. My electric bill was higher that month than usual. Neighbors recommended I look into Alpha Mechanical for AC work. The company came over and looked at my AC outside unit. A few minutes of hooking the digital gauge to my outside unit. The gentleman new what was wrong with my AC. My compressor was going out. The unit I was using was old and parts were going to be difficult to get. He recommended a new outside unit. Me wanted to look at the air handler to check the coils too. The coils were checked and found to be fine. The gentleman noticed I was using the wrong air filter for my house and AC unit. Had the outside AC unit replaced which took an hour to install after getting the unit. I was using a filter with a MERV rating of 12 or 14. Currently using a MERV rating of 7. I have noticed my house is much cooler and dryer in this South Texas heat since. My electric bill is easily $50 to $75 cheaper every month. Note; had to wait for electric company adjustments on bill after installation of new AC unit. Took two months (roughly) for me to see my savings on my electric bill. Had the AC work done July 16 of 2021. Todays data is September 2nd of 2021.

We began using on a trial basis at my facility and never looked back! Fantastic customer service, fair and honest quotes and they get the job done right and on time. Finally a contractor we can count on!

Called out another ac company to repair my ac. What a bunch of bull that was. They wanted to sell me a new coil. $4200.00. Got a different opinion from Alpha Mech. Seems the other company leaves valve caps off so freon can leak out. Making it look like a major coil problem. Alpha Mech. (Jeff) Was very honest in evaluating the problem. Saved us a lot of money. We don't have to keep putting freon in anymore either.

We had a complete A/C and Heating System installed. Once they started, they never stopped until all was completed. Professional, courteous, and diligent. I would refer this company to my friends and anyone needing their services.

In short, Alpha Mechanical treats their customers the way we all want to be treated by putting the customers first and anticipating their needs. Something almost none existent in todays world.
