Our Sweetwater repair team was great. They arrived on schedule on day 1 and were able to get to us earlier than scheduled on day 2. They identified our water heater problem quickly and, after securing the necessary replacement parts, handled the job carefully and professionally. Plus, answering our questions, they made us feel valued as customers. Very pleased with the experience.

I called Sweetwater Plumbing at the recommendation of a friend. I needed a water heater brought up to code, an outside leak fixed, and a new whole house filter installed. They came out on a Saturday and gave me an estimate for all I wanted done. The estimated was free. We agreed on a scheduled appointment and they arrived on time and did a fabulous job. Everything was professional and they cleaned up as well. They will now be the only plumbing service I use.

I contacted Sweetwater Plumbing Company because my water heater stopped working. I sent Demi a message and in a timely manner he responded back to let me know he would come out and take a look. Demi was extremely professional When he arrived at my home. He took his time to make sure there weren’t any other problems with my water heater. He also let me know that the water heater I had was out of date and he helped me find the best water heater without spending a ton of money. Sweetwater Plumbing Company has been the best home maintenance service experience we have had since we moved into our new home almost 5 years ago. We called Sweetwater Plumbing as our hot water heater had ruptured in our attic. I found them on Angie's List along with several others. After getting several estimates, we decided to go with Sweetwater as they seemed more professional and kept in touch with text, email, and phone calls. Kevin, our plumber, kept us notified and worked quickly to properly assess and recommend a replacement water heater, arrive on time, and complete the really hot hard task of wrestling the old water heater out of the attic without damaging our home interior and replacing it with a new one. Very nicely done. All the follow-up calls were greatly appreciated to ensure that we were satisfied. We will be calling them first next time we need any plumbing needs. Thank you!

On 5/9/19 Sweetwater plumbing was scheduled to replace a shower valve. While they had to cancel the service at the last minute, Demi, the owner, reached out to me and rescheduled the service.

He was on time for the second appointment and the work preformed met expectations and was professionally executed.

Justin from Sweetwater plumbing arrived to my home on time and installed a new dishwasher that couldn’t be installed by Home Depot delivery and installation. He also fixed my garage disposal drain that wasn’t installed properly by another plumber. Both plumbers were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Charge for job was a fair price! Please call these guys because they know what they are doing!!!

I usually don’t write reviews, but Sweetwater definitely earned one. We had a fantastic experience with a new sewer line, repiping our home, and installing a new water heater. Sweetwater was consistently prompt, tidy, and dedicated to completing the job in a timely manner. They will be my go-to for plumbing needs from now on!

After the winter storm in February 2021 and being without power for 5 days, we found our plumbing in really bad shape. We called a number of plumbers and left messages and Demi called us back within the hour. He came out and found so many problems but was very patient and explained exactly what needed to be done! We were a little wary since we knew nothing about this company....we were really pleased and blessed to have Demi and his team complete the work. Highly recommend.....he is direct and to the point which is exactly what we needed, no second guessing!
