In the middle of a delivery an hour away from work, the front panel of the company’s delivery car started to flap so I just needed basic duct tape to hold it in place.

I’d never been out that way so didn’t know where anything was and this was the closest hardware store. The young guy in the front was very attentive. Soon as I walked in, he walked over to me and asked if I needed help, got me the duct tape I needed and I was on my way.

The greatest part about it aside from the customer service is that they have Apple Pay!! (and Venmo and other ones too) Thats awesome to see. ☺

Very helpful and very well stocked in the household water piping and fittings area. They have me dinner great advice in buying parts needed to repair my leak. They got me on my way quickly with the parts I needed. Great to have these folks here in Manvel!!

I’ve been going to this place for 17 years now and they have assisted me through every struggle we’ve encountered moving from the city to the country I’ve had emergency situations that were taken care of quickly they have great employees especially Jr. He is one of the most helpful employees and I’m so grateful when I walk in the door and I see his smiling face at the window. I know he’s gonna take care of me so I suggest you all to go to this location for your assistance on your well and other needs.

The guys were very helpful as I needed to check my well capacitors and see which one was causing my well not to function. They checked them out and were able to find me the ones I needed . They also answered several questions . Really appreciated their ability to be very helpful.

I am so grateful to the staff at M & M Hardware, I was in desperate need for machine screws of two sizes that weren’t available at Lowe’s or Home Depot (only online delivery ) and I literally had the handyman installing my cabinets at this moment. Not only did they have the one screw size I needed they cut down some longer screws to the exact size I needed. Junior is awesome and so very kind. I highly recommend coming to this hardware store. The one on one service can’t be beat!

I had a project of relocating my pressure tank from the front of my house to the side. Jr and the personnel at M&M Hardware really helped out by taking the extra steps to help get my project started and completed. I give M&M 5 stars because as soon as you walk through the door someone greets you and are ready to help. You just don't see that anymore! Thanks again Jr !

I was in need of paint supplies and some other things I didnt realize I needed and was able to find this hardware store close by. I was helped as soon as entering the store and left with my needed supplies. Great service and conveniently located! 👍

A day or two before Thanksgiving I found myself in need of getting some lumber cut. I did my normal google search. I called M&M (mistakenly thinking all the while that is was a lumber yard). They patched me over to Junior. I explained my situation of needing some simple lumber cuts and he immediately said SURE I WILL HELP- NO PROBLEM. Upon arrival... I must admit I was a bit confused. This was not the lumber yard that I had envisioned 😖... it was a hardware store. (My google search= fail ) Junior said pull around back and with a smile-he made our cuts. Moral of the story- There are still kind and helpful people in this world and on that day Junior gave us a glimpse at his giving spirit. Based on the store's speciality business, Junior did not have to help us but he did and we are grateful. My dad and I were able to finish building my outdoor furniture without further delay. Based on our interaction with Junior that day...they have gained a customer.

This is a great place they put our water well in years ago we go there all the time for necessary things

These guys are very knowledge and helped me understand what my problem was and how to fix it. Parts and pump were affordable but the help they gave was priceless. And no they are not mask police

Local run business. A Lot of variety of hardware goods. If they don't have it they can get it in within 2 days or so

I always come here first before going to the big box store. Very friendly and helpful in every way.
