Was looking for a gym membership today and Hailey did not hesitate to give me the friendly and enthusiastic breakdown on what the gym had to offer, very detailed and obviously good at her job. We did a full tour and I signed up immediately. I’m stoked, thank you Hailey for your help today taking the first steps to getting back at a healthier lifestyle routine, at an incredible value!

Very clean and great environment to work out in. The staff is great, and is ready to assist with anything you need. I was greeted today by Chase and he was more than happy to show me around and answer any of my questions. Chase is an asset to your company.

I'm giving the gym a five-star rating now for the simple fact I am 100% sure that it is going to be an amazing work environment. I am a former employee of this establishment that absolutely love my job! After I left I still had people asking me why did I leave please go back etc. I left because the previous manager was absolutely heartless and ridiculous to work for. Leadership should not be led by somebody who does not have human compassion or the capability of running an entire establishment. Many customers also left because of the previous manager because it was just poor management all the way around. Now that Jess has been given the opportunity to rebuild this gym I can say with out a doubt that was one of the smartest moves that I believe this franchise could have made. Not only is Jess a veteran of the United States army that sacrificed her own life in war but she understands the values of leadership and what it takes to succeed and support.I have personally witnessed the encouragement to new members and the ability to excel for the people she calls family at the gym. I have seen her go above and beyond and get calls at all hours of the day and night after picking up shifts from others who had to call in and still come to work with a smile on her face the next day before the sun came up. I have first hand witnessed her leadership and her heart felt love that she has for the employees at the planet fitness in Alexandria. In my opinion, it would be an honor for anyone to work underneath such a well-established manager Jessica Ruiz.

I really like the equipment that I can use for the price. The gym is also very clean. I am very hopeful that I will be able to be in good shape by the end of 2024!

Couldn't ask for a better JUDGE FREE gym! Price is amazing with all the perks you get, and the staff is one MILLION percent here for you and as helpful as anyone could be. They are friendly, helpful, judgment free, and interested in you as a person accomplishing your personal goals. I couldn't ask for a better gym. You are family and not a number here.

Used a free day pass to try out and was not disappointed. Courteous staff and took only a few minutes to start my workout. Clean facilities and everyone seemed to take care of the equipment by wiping it down, put weights away and not take up multiple machines at one time. Will be back!

This is my gym! Love the friendly staff! Jess is always so bright and positive and adds a smile to my face. Clean plenty of equipment. I’m a 4 year black card member and enjoy all the extras. Red light therapy, tanning beds and hydro massage. I really enjoy the red light beds but I believe the bulbs are old and need changing. I also miss all the points and earning drink perks and where did all the merchandise go?

I go here five days a week at various times...I love it...I do wish they had the full synergy set with monkey bars but overall..I'm satisfied with the cleanliness and attendants

I'm a big guy and often avoid gyms because I feel awkward on workout equipment but, I never have to fear judgment while I'm there. The staff is friendly and helpful and they always go out of their way to ensure the environment is safe, clean and secure.

I love this place. If it was up to me, what kind it is because my husband is amazing, I would go here thanks of the day I am in the ground. Your staff is awesome their amenities are everything that you could possibly want at a gym plus nobody in town has any of the “extras“ stuff that they have, including my personal fave red light therapy. If you don’t know about it, I suggest you get to reading up on it because it is the best thing since new blue chair and the best thing invented since toilet paper. It is the bees knees and people have yet to know what they are missing and I’m so happy for that because I don’t have to wait in line. No but seriously, hats off to all the guys that work at this place because they make it feel like home

I will come back when you are open 24 hrs.. I love your gym, however, I joined because I could be there at anytime I wanted.. unfortunately I was forced to rejoin with anytime fitness

Convenient location, easy in and out. Lots of parking most of the time. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. The gym is always clean and and ready to be used. The other people using the gym are 90% friendly and courteous.All in all it’s just a great place to go and feel good about yourself.

We travel for work and this PF location is outstanding. The facility is nice and upgraded The best part is your staff. Every franchise has it’s tone set by the staff. Kudos to Austin, Andrew, Trent an Erika. You make coming to store 9818 in Alexandria exceptional for these essential workers who travel all week. Thank you for your sunny attitudes and tremendous help!

This facility is awesome. I’m from out of town and stopped by to work out and they had tons of (new) machines. It wasn’t too packed, and the staff was really friendly. The guy working the front desk, Logan, was super cool and helpful. Thanks guys!

I love the gym and the way it flows. Love how you have spots for stretching and a 30 minute whole body workout. You have so many machines there so you don't have to wait for others to get off them. Love the tanning beds, the red beds, all the massage beds and chairs and the people who work there and work out there are great to be around. Keep up the good work. Oh and the price is phenominal...

There are some amazing people working at my home location, including the manager! There was a problem, and it got resolved very quickly. Since then, there have been no issues. I feel like family when I walk in the door! Since we do not currently have a personal trainer, I have had lots of help from Michelle, the manager, as well as a housekeeper named Jeremy (he was in powerlifting), and some front desk staff, including, Lacey and Austin. I ,also, love the new lady, who I'm pretty sure is named Sheryl. I appreciate all the encouragement that I have received since I started my membership, and I love the perks! Thank you!

I have traveled to other states and visited other Planet Fitness facilities. I realized that our Planet Fitness is the best. The machines are great and it is clean and cool. It has the most current machines like the Total Body Red Light as well as and standing Tanning Saunas.The staff is always courteous and friendly. My husband has now joined me for workouts. Kudos to Alexandria, LA . I love Planet Fitness!
