Very poor customer service from christy in the store! Sold me a mattress and not once called me back to give update on it or anything. Joanne was the absolute best with calling me and making sure I got my mattress. Even went out of her way to pick up the mattress and deliver it to me. If you go to Mr. Mattress please Use Joanne!

I recently purchased a bed set from the Andalusia, AL store for my mother-in-law who is 88 years young. With the help of Christy Fuller at the store, we were able to find what we wanted, purchase a set at a great price, and have it delivered plus setup the very next day. Great speedy service, great store, and a great bed. Thank you, Christy, for helping us find what my mother in law wanted and thanks so much to Mr. mattress for great prices and safe delivery.

We really like our mattress we bought from Mr. Mattress. Very friendly service in the store and delivery. I only gave 4 stars because the box springs we bought are terrible and not the quality we expected for the price. Our old ones were better. Ask about the box springs before you buy!

Update: Mr.Matress replaced my box springs! Much better quality! 5 stars for customer service!

Joann and Jeffery made our mattress buying experience so much fun! Joann helped me pick out the perfect mattress and adjustable bed frame! The very first night my husband stopped snoring and my lower back feels great!!!

JoAnn is a knowledgeable and professional salesperson. She will ask you some questions as to what you are looking for, but will not try to high-pressure you into buying anything. She tries to help you by allowing you to lie down on the various mattresses to see if you can tell what firmness you prefer. She gives you the price ranges of the various brands of mattresses. It was a pleasant experience for me. I went in several times because I couldn't decide what I wanted. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision right then. Ultimately, I did buy two mattress sets there. I asked a lot questions and got a lot of help. If you are looking for new mattresses, it is worth you time to stop by and chat with her. You won't be sorry.

Our sales lady at Mr. Mattress was very helpful and friendly! She got us the mattress we needed that was best for me and my husband. We are loving our new mattress and No more backaches!!
