Aultman Alliance Community Hospital

This is one of the more beautiful hospitals I have been in, and I’ve been in a lot! They are redoing the outside but inside it’s gorgeous. The lobby is spacious with water features. Rooms are large. They have good care to my friend.

I was a patient here in May. I received great care. The staff is professional, caring and compassionate. If I had a concern, they were right there to help me. They listened to me and treated me with respect. Five stars from me. Thank you

I was in the emergency room yesterday and I was admitted, Er doctor seemed super concerned and was really easy to talk to. And the nurses were great, once I got up to my room the nurses there were really great as well as the admitting doctor as well as my GI surgeon once I got to the surgical area today for my surgery everybody there was amazing and they kept me comfortable and they explained everything really well

Came in with terrible stomach pains. The ER staff treated me so nicely and explained anything in details and what each test meant. I have extreme anxiety and sometimes in doctor settings medical people are not nice to adults with anxiety. That did not happen here. I was treated like a person. Not just like a chart number. Everyone was so nice and sympathetic to how I was feeling. I ended up getting an emergency surgery and stayed for a few days. Both the 2nd and 3rd floor staff were super friendly and nice to me. They really listened to any concerns and made me feel at home. This whole experience has really helped my anxiety in medical situations and I really can't thank your staff enough. You guys saved my life and treated me amazingly.

I firmly believe that you are treated the way that you treat people. My grandma has been a patient here several times over the last few years, normally starting in the Emergency Department. She and I have always been treated with respect and dignity, we've always received clear communication, and have never had an unpleasant stay.
I also want to show appreciation for the increased security, given recent events. Security has always been present, but I noticed a lot more of it.

I just had knee surgery yesterday at Aultman Alliance. I was having high anxiety during the days leading up to the surgery. Once checked in and settled into my prep room, the nurses and doctors begain coming in one by one introducing themselves explaining their role. They were incredibly polite and helpful, in this it reduced my anxiety level to near zero. My first I.V. felt like it wasn't put incorrectly and without a hassle they moved it. Doctor was on point with surgery time and time to be in surgery. Recovery was actually pleasant and staff was right there to help me get ready for home. As we were getting ready to leave, and knowing it had been sometime since I ate, the recovery nurse ordered up a quart of chicken soup and sent it home with us. Over all, very pleased with the visit and highly recommend the caring staff at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital.

Great customer service. The staff of polite and friendly. The doctors are wonderful. It is a privilege to have this hospital in our community. We have been here for emergency services and we're also treated with kindness and the employees were efficient. It's a one stop for all. They offer a lab that draws your blood, offer ultrasounds for women and general ultrasounds, there is an ENT on staff and an urgent care in town. They also have a doctors office attached to the hospital that is located in the professional building. There is a wound care center, gift shop and medical supply store on the grounds.

Speaking from a wife's point of view, I was very pleased with the care my hubby received, from the ER who admitted him and into a room before I even got there, to the wonderful nurses on the PCU floor. When I called in the evening they were happy to answer any questions and made sure they knew how to reach me if needed, while I was there they made sure I was informed, fed and ok. The nurses were always cheerful, explaining everything to my hubby, updated both of us all the time until he was transferred to the hospital in Canton. Even the ladies at the reception desk were helpful, I use a cane so sometimes it's challenging to get thru the cafe with carrying stuff, well one of the ladies followed me in, assisted with my purchases and even offered to bring it up to hubbys room for me.
I've been here before for myself, ER was quick and took good care of me. Do all my bloodwork and xrays here, always pleasant ppl and taken care of quickly.
Compared to another hospital I dealt with once, Aultman hospital in Alliance is the best. Very comfortable with recommending them!

REVIEW ABOUT SAME DAY SURGERY: I was very pleased today with my daughter’s small surgery. Usually, anytime we’ve gone to ACH for the ER, it’s been... an okay experience. But, today... Every single staff member made sure we were happy and that our needs were met. Dr. David Kanagy did such a great job with my baby. We were in and out as quickly as possible and they made sure she was okay before leaving. I’ve never felt so cared for before from hospital staff. 5 out of 5 stars for everyone today here at ACH. :-)

This hospital is very nice! It is clean and neat. Also, the staff that we saw in Registration and Radiology were very kind and courteous.

I work there so i msy be s bit bias but its agreat hospital. I see opinions on doctors offices on here. Don't judge hosp by a doctors office. Some of the finestnurses anywhere. I will put them up againt any hosp staff. ER is not based on length in er but by an issue
. Yes a wait can be lengthy at times and it may be bothersome. But please keep an open mind. One never knows what going on in a given er room or how long it may take. For anyone that feels they have been wronged in anyway. There is a contact number please use it

We had a problem with Dr amir he was so mean to my wife an cussed out my wife's nurse in front of other nurses he will never treat my wife again for no reason

Clean Hospital with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The Chaplin, Dr. Hill is thoughtful and supportive during difficult times..such a comforting man. Im very happy I chose Alliance Hospital and will continue to do so in the future.

The ER here rocks!! Everyone from supporting staff to the Doctors and Nurses. They treated me with speed and wonderful bed side manner. Keep up the great job!!

Got right in, got a bed. Got x rays and blood work quickly. 90% of the staff was great.

Aultman Alliance Community outpatient therapy services they are amazing they work with you at a pace that you can handle and do everything for a quick recovery

Ive had 1 baby there and alot of surgeries there and 2 of my doctors practice there.i would pick alianceoverthe biggerhospitals.they no longer deliver babies there or treat pediatrics but they will help find a doctor if need be

I always thought even before they affiliated with Aultman that this place WAS an Aultman property. The interior and exterior somewhat resemble the Canton location’s newer buildings. This campus opened in 2006 and replaced a much older hospital behind it.

Caring, Compassionate, Knowlegable Staff, Smaller Hospital (in compairison), Yet Nice, Clean Atmosphere Inside and Out, Private Rooms, Great Place for Medial Care and Employment.

I would recommend this hospital to anyone . This hospital is 1000% better than the Salem Hospital that's in Salem, Ohio.
The Alliance Hospital is more friendlier and more respectful than the Salem hospital. I am very proud of their services .
