We Love REI! What a delight Emily was, I wish she was there every time I purchase shoes!
I have been struggling to find a comfortable shoe, because of high arch and Emily had the solution! I am so grateful. It was also like talking to a best friend, we went over hiking shoes as well and she had some other awesome recommendations for us! What a great visit!

REI always has a great range of good products and brands. Customer service is always exceptional!

I love REI and the deals they always seems to have in garments that fit me well! Never before used the bike repair service, however I did yesterday and was I impressed😁My rear hub bearing were shot from too much use and I thought it was the derailer myself. They had the hub and stuck on for me right there and the total charge was CHEAP @ $31!!! So pleased with the price and service and had a lot of fun with the staff in the back to boot. Go to REI for bike repairs they are more than fair

I have been a member since the 1990s. I buy most of my outdoor gear here. I love that it is a coop and that the staff are knowledgeable.

Great sale/clearance section. The garage sale is the big draw to this place in my opinion. Their store brand outdoor gear is actually pretty good compared to other store’s generic brands. Oftentimes a good alternative. The membership is definitely worth it if you shop there more than once a year.

Went in and processed a return for my partner and your sales/cashier (Zach I believe) was very wonderful and helpful.

Emily: "what size?"
Me: "I'm a perfect 10.5"
Emily: "Try these and be filled w/ joy." (sorta like that)
Me: "Wow! My foot dropped right in and was cradled by the insole."

I was helped by a service representative who knew somethings but not others. She could find the hiking poles I wanted.

First time there today, super busy due to a sale. I was so grateful for the staff who helped me get my online order they even helped me bring it to my car, really good service!

I like this location have for years but topping everyone in all my years is this young lady, what a nice person so friendly so attentive helped me with a few returns new with tags but over due receipts for cc return and store credit, it is a breath of fresh air to have met her and I am sure she will have a great career and a bright future. I needed my fairly basic bike tuned up. After I called around to 10 different privately owned bike shops (I wanted to support the local businesses you know?) No one had an estimated return time of less than a week.

I have a membership here, because many years ago it WAS a local businesses when I live in WA state.

All I had to do was bring my bike inside the store and roll it over to the bike shop. They gave it a "physical",. Said I would only need a basic tune up and. New brake cable.

I was called to come pick it up less than 24 hours later! So. Happy!! I could tell my new brake was a little mushy testing it my hand on way out of store. I spun around back to desk. "This new brake won't even try to slow me down. Can this get double checked, please?" Ah! all they needed to do was tighten it. I was sure to watch them like a hawk so I could do this myself later.

I gave cc it a spin around their parking lot and I was THRILLED with how great things felt once again!! Everything is was cleaned up. Even my little bell ringer was working again!! It was a very nice touch.

love this store. clean, organized, and has the feels of a rustic outdoor outfitter inside. everyone friendly and knowledgeable on everything outdoors. even the cheaper options for your adventure needs are good quality
