Pebble Ridge Apartments

So I will say that from start to finish during the application process the manager Darien was very patient with me and it was surprising how helpful she was The units are spacious and clean The maintenance people are on the ball very clean property I must say I'm very happy at Pebble ridge!

Recently moved into pebble ridge apartments and had the pleasure of working with and meeting Darien! She is hard working, kind, compassionate and determined! I told her my families situation and she worked so hard to get us into our own place for the first time since we moved here! The property is amazing and the people are super friendly! Thank you darien for helping me and my family take a big step to us having a better future!

Darian is one of the sweetest person I have met. She made me feel like I'm going to be welcomed into the new unit with care and dedication. I can't wait to live here. I have never met someone as professional and fast working as her. I would definitely recommend for future tenants all because of her hard work and dedication she puts in to make you feel wanted. I am blessed to become a new tenant here.

Darien Kleckner the manager is beyond professional. She was very efficient and did her best to move fast. She is very knowledge with her job. She has a lot of patience when it came to me making a few mistakes. She was also very respectful and never made me feel bad for the mistakes! I would recommend renting from her as the places is very clean and well kept. They make you feel at home right away here

I've lived here a year now and it's the first time I've actually seen this place start coming together lawn work being taking care of pot holes filled and it's all been happening since our new property manager Darien has replaced the old manager. I can now say I'm proud to be living here. Thanks Darien for all your hard and professional work your doing to this place.

Darien, our new property manager is an amazing woman, very professional and she knows what she is doing. She is very kind and respectful and prompt if anything that may come up. I love it here 💗

Property beautiful and well kept in our new home search today. Manager was very busy poor gal. But she made time for everyone that came in while I was there doing application. Son enjoyed play equipment with his dad as I was finishing up things inside. Think be nice for for us if get in. Maintenance team also seemed very friendly.

The experience at pebble ridge is amazing. Very friendly people along with a very prompt property manager. Highly recommend this property throughout the whole North region.

OMG! Darien helped me and my family move in. She was such an amazing person and we wouldn't even be here if she didn't try. Such a professional.

Manager is great property is well put together and clean

Management was very nice. Was helpful and patience with me doing the application. Beautiful property. Unfortunately been almost over 2 weeks since ive applied and i keep getting no answers if i got the place or not. Or no one picks up the phone. Get told dont know etc. Need answer as im trying to start working in Antigo ASAP but need to know if i got the place so i can call workplace and let them know.

Was told by Section 8 that the manager at Pebble Ridge said she doesn't have 4 bedrooms available. Super confused because I had more than a couple conversations about a four bedroom with her and she was cool about me getting one. Specifically was told Apt 4 was mine. Not sure why I was told that repeatedly but yea that sucks. So don't know if the miscommunication came in from Section 8 or the manager at pebble ridge.

I've had no previous evictions and have always paid my rent on time. Have always paid my rent in a lump some with my taxes.

Paid twenty seven dollars for background checks only to not move in.

That was my experience wish it was a little better.

We give it only 2 stars not for the actual units, even though we are looking to move away from here. the units are pretty nice, but the rising cost, of the year after year rent increases, and the mandatory bi-monthly housing inspections they do strips you of privacy and it gets overwhelming, and besides that the town is very small and doesnt offer anything productive or new.

Crooks all around. Maintenance doesn't get done. Rent get stolen. It's a joke. Might be slightly better than what goes on at Park View Apts.

I will never rent from this place again because the let people put St on the padded and told me I could not but next store could put a tarp up and they told me I could not put stuff out on the deck when people all around me could and did you know that pebble ridge dose Not have a renter lissens and bbb gave then a D- so I would not rent from them

Manager doesn't seem to know how to do his job, applied for apartment and I had to continually make trips back and forth several times to re do paperwork that was already done. I have even made trip out there before 4pm and doors were locked and curtains were closed, even though I was told that he would be available until 430pm Monday thru Friday. But, I have talked to matience man, whom is very helpful, and always has a smile. I have spoke to several residents of pebble ridge, and everyone has only had wonderful things to say about the matience man, and not much good to say about manager.

These apartments are not well kept at all! There is mold in these apartments and the managers are never available I don't suggest living here the managers are not very nice here and they don't take people's rent out every month like there supposed to I know cause I have a friend that lives here and they are not very responsible people
