Kohl's

I have not been to Kohl’s for some time and was amazed to find the beautiful way they have changed the layout and products. We stopped into the store on Randall Road in Batavia and everything was neat and tidy, product was easy to find and the selection was different than I had witnessed since the last time I came in. I found a bed set that I needed and I had been unable to find one I liked anywhere else. The associate that helped us at the checkout, Mary Ann, was very courteous and friendly, and also so helpful with questions we had about the coupons that applied to our purchase. Her smile and assistance made the trip worthwhile and we will be back!

Friendly staff, great prices & coupons .. Easy to use App!! You don't need to save receipts or even save your Kohl's cash cuz it'll be in your account. Easy to find on the app. I love that.

I love the new layout. It is much easier to shop and find what you are looking for. The Batavia store was clean, organized, and well stocked. Our cashier, Henriette, was very helpful regarding the coupons that I had. The store was busy yet, she was patient with me. Kohl's is the store to shop!

Kohls in Bativa was clean and very tidy. Associates very friendly and knowledgeable. Was a pleasant experience. I would shop always at kohls.

Hana in the Batavia store handled my credit adjustment in a friendly and professional manner....it was a complicated transaction and she was excellent. Store was clean and uncluttered.

Friendly staff, Amazon returns brought me in here, but the staff and improved merchandise lines got me to shop there. I don’t go a lot but the prices are good and the name brands have increased. Its a much better place to buy Ray Ban’s then Sunglass Hut. That’s for sure.
